Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They don’t have a dedicated beach place, but one can easily rent it .
First it was a nice location, jus in front of beach and 10 minutes walk to Pattaya Walking Street. Second it has very nice roof bar, good for breakfast . Breakfast choices are limited to egg, toast bacon , milk juices and tea. Staff is nice and hotel has its dedicated convenient free car parking. Would recommend for such competitive price :)

Over priced as compared to many other hotels in the area. Room was cramped.no wardrobe , not even space to put your suitcase without blocking The space .Have stayed in few hotels in the area in the past they are much better value for money
I stayed in sea view standard room view was very good , cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was good but not for big eater.inspite of being on the beach road Notice level was OK canr have good night sleep

Room was average. Sheets ripped and stained, however that's why it's cheap. Sheets and room were clean.

Breakfast / hotel food menu is very poor and overpriced for what you get.
The check-in was relatively quick. The pool/view is amazing. The location is also great.

the shower and the toilet are in a same tiny space. I paid over 2200 baht for the sea view and thought the room would also be scaled up but apparently not.
the bed was comfortable, good location. you have the access to the beach just across the hotel.

The room was quite small for the price.
The location is excellent. Just across the road from the beach and very close walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The hotel has a small but very nice pool on the rooftop. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was smaller than I expected but I can't complain.
The room was very clean and comfortable and in a great location very close to beach road and easy walking distance to many bars/restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent value and the hotel has a small but nice pool up on the 9th floor. I would be very happy to stay here again. Pleasant friendly staff also.

Disparaging friendliness No service or contact with the guest. Extremely unhygienic air conditioning. Rooms smell of smoke. Room not clean and old furnishings, toilet unusable. Bathroom very small. No new toilet paper on request. We do not recommend this hotel for guests who take friendliness for granted and do not expect cleanliness and service. The Breakfast is normal, but does not look fresh Bed okay the location is in the center - easy access to all possibilities

The room is very small. I was traveling alone so not a problem but I can see where a couple might have difficulties.
The room was very clean and had everything I needed. 2 bottles of water everyday were also left in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Everything I hate. Worst stuff and manager ever. They changed my booked room after i reach. They said booking.com fault. It was pre paid so I couldn’t cancel. The manager was rude and disrespectful. He said leave if you don’t want to stay. There was no toiletries, no adapter. Worst wifi ever. Room service is really bad.
