We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Paradise. Great parking, friendly Staff, large clean room, hot shower, air con Quiet and peaceful. Bar to myself, quarter of an acre of lake with banyan trees, cycads, canna lilies, mexican petunia, a girl in a boat gathering water lilies, birds of passage, and a walkway round all to myself. Saw only three people up to 12noon and one of those was strimming verges. Small swimming pool all to myself. Main road and Coffee Hills cafe outside the gate. Not a shiny aluminium and fawning staff sort of place but excellent value and I love it

United Kingdomour room was next to the staff block/ in the staff block. bad smell - we asked to be moved from the firs room because the smell was so terrible. the staff obliged but only to put us in a room next to the original room. the smell wasn’t as bad but still bad enough for the receptionist to return with a bottle of air freshener.
