AustraliaThe breakfast was minimal with hotdogs, jam and toast. It wasn’t nutritious. But, there was free coffee all day provided in reception.
It was off the main road, but within 5 minutes walk to restaurants, convenience stores and night market. We had a family connecting room which was great as there are two bathrooms and only one exit point. We felt safe in the hotel.

United States of AmericaThe two most important features for a hotel room in Thailand are good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The bed in this room was the worst bed I've ever slept on. The mattress was a heavy steel coil spring type with a cover so thin that I couldn't tell it was there. Absolutely horrible sleepless night. Next, the air conditioner was pathetic. I couldn't get the room under 78 degrees and I laid in the horrible bed sweating all night. I will never book this hotel again.

New ZealandBreakfast was toast with jam ! and there was no butter! and they had cold sausages to go with that ! they would not order a taxi for me even when I said I wanted to go to the airport! so I had to get a bike ride into town and go back for my partner so we could go out for dinner! I have stayed in many places over the years! and I would have to say this is the worst place I have ever stayed in! I give this place a 1/10 and totally recommend you stay somewhere else! totally unhappy with this place !! ps I couldn’t even find a knife to butter the toast if there was butter! and the pool was out of order too !! a complete joke I should have asked for my money back!! after talking to the taxi driver even they were upset they wouldn’t call the taxi for us !

When we first arrived , upon check in at the counter, the Manager and the staff was so rude in answering our enquirers, not welcoming very well to their hotel, no smile , unfriendly, handling customer in anger mood and very inpatient !!! which I’m so surprised as giving me very bad impression with the good rating they have ! even when my mum asking the staff at the reception about the nearby restaurant anything to eat, asking for any suggestions, the staff can answer my mum very rudely, said : I don’t know , it’s non of the hotel Bussiness !! Omg… it’s really speechless ! This is the services they have with the 8.2 hotel rating ? seriously …? 2. The Room - we have book total of 6 room, 1 of it is family room which it’s suck ! a lot of small dim light which can’t even see clearly the room, the floor it’s so dirty even after housekeeping had clean up ! and the light bulb spoilt for 3 times during our stay ! The pillow is damn high and can’t even support the neck , which I’m asking for change the next day as making my neck so pain and all of us didn’t sleep on the pillow for the first night ! the bed sheet even have a stain even after changed the new one. we put a signage for make up room, but when we came back to the room after 1 whole day, the room is not done ! Hot water heater it’s like not working well, as even we put OFF the water still damn hot .. ! The best is when we first enter the room, they don’t event supply the toilet door mat/ cloth for all the room. They have this kind of wooden board instead, so call to absorb the water which it’s didn’t help at all and it’s movable sliding away when we step on it, it’s so dangerous ! and we have old folk and children who almost fall because of that !! Until we have to ask for it then they only supply us ! They even charged my mum extra 250 bath for her room as my mum place the towel as a door mat use as she almost felt because of the water stain while waiting for them to supply us the door mat !

IndiaDidn't like anything. The balcony door was so weak and fell down and glasses broken. The facility in charge was trying to put the blame on me saying " not possible to break by its own". Didn't like the attitude as if I have done a mistake. These chaps doesn't even understand basic English. Hotel is interior and lot of stray dogs on the road. Be careful when you choose this hotel. Worst stay ever.
