The internet in my specific room work so slowly so it was useless i did speak to a fellow neigbhour and his internet working so my be it depends on wish room you get

The location was the best part for me and the hotel was 50 meter in from the street so no noise from motorbike at night perfect, The swimmingpool was ok but not big enough if you want lapswim

The main door of my room was a see through glass door. It had a curtain over to be able to cover it. However, I had to manually lock the door every time

They didn't provide a great service. They didn't change the towels, glasses, water etc. Asked us to clean the glasses and tea cups and reuse them. That was a but weird.

Staff was cooperative and polite. The manager, who is an aged uncle, was very polite and shared a lot of info with us.

Location isn’t great. There are a 1/2 nice restaurants nearby but not a lot of options. A walk into Pattaya town is approximately 40 - 45 minutes.

The pool was spotless & a lovely temperature. When we arrived the pool area was a little busy & they only had 1 sun lounger, we therefore asked the reception if they had any more - at first the owner advised no but went & purchased 2 extra sun loungers which was really kind. The room was comfortable & clean.

U had to ask to clean the room and ask for fresh bedding and towels.

It was one of the cheapest places in Pattaya to stay at in November .I stayed for a month and only cost me about 20000 Thai baht for the month so will be stopping here again in future.has a nice swimming pool quite big and rooms have a large balcony.its about 20 mins walk to walking street and soi boiowyi.

Instead of a duvet it was a wooly blanket that was not comfy, if they changed this small thing it would of been a 10 from me

The WiFi connection was bad! This they have to fix for me to go there again. You choose the location and know it's not as busy as other parts of Pattaya but nobody chooses bad wifi. We had to go to reception to get clean towels and the trash was not taken out not did the room get cleaned. We never did see any cleaning personal.

We had a big room with balcony and it was delivered to us clean. All this for a very good price. The swimming pool is nice! The area is more quiet than some other areas in Pattaya but also less activity and street food. This is a choice of course.

The stuff behaviour, they don’t know how to welcome tourists. The lady is not friendly enough & the boy was very much idiot. But the owner of this hotel is a great man. He helps me a lot with providing information. He is a great gentleman.

Other side Water pump made a Lot of noise right next to My Room could not sleep then changed The Room to opposite side of The building but a lot of traffic noises from The Road next to hotel. So both Rooms I stayed had a lot of noise in The middle of The night and did not sleep well.

The hotel only had a swimming pool and nothing else in my opinion the staff could not speak english , they were cleaning the room only once a week , when they were changing the old bed sheets with new ones ,the new ones were old ripped bed sheets and very smelly Internet was so weak ,i was always getting interrupted while using WiFi , first month they charged me 18000 baht second month they charged me 9000 baht +4000 deposit for electricity but at the end of the month they did not read the meter number and they forced me to pay 13000 baht in total for the second month , on booking .com they advertised a room with balcony but when i arrived to this hotel they gave me a room with no balcony , i broke one ordinary tea cup by mistake and they forced me to pay 200 baht ( about 7US$ )for it , i told them i can replace it with a new better tea cup but they said no i just have to pay 200 baht for it.

Nothing, I'd recommend it as an affordable place to stay, outside of the main city!

Very welcoming owner, helpful, with advice. The room was clean, the air con and wifi worked well, and it was nice to have a pool! The evening market, a couple of minutes away, was excellent too.
