We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The whole hotel is very clean and the bathrooms and bathtub are also very clean which I don't find often in other hotels. The location is great as you can easily walk to the city center. The bed was huge as well.

SingaporeWifi was disconnected from time to time, I have to input a room number and password regularly to access wifi.
1. A big room with twin bed and a big bathroom including bathtub. 2. Very comfortable and clean. Can open the windows. 3. Convenient location, can walk to many good restaurants. 4. Very Good services. 5. Hot water and water pressure were just nice.
