We found some odd stains in our room on both the furniture and the curtains. The curtains could also have been a bit bigger so the room could have been a bit darker when sleeping. They just barely covered the window which made some light seep in.

The room was nice and had everything you could ask for. The location was really nice with the closeness to the water and the ferry into the city. As it is a bit further away from the city center its a bit calmer.

It's disappointing to note that the hotel's service on Sundays is noticeably reduced compared to other days. The kitchen closed earlier than usual, leaving guests with limited dining options. Additionally, only one waiter(and also barmen) was seen doing their best to accommodate everyone. The spa zone's reception on Sunday was completely unmanned, causing inconvenience to guests, especially those unfamiliar with Swedish and experiencing difficulties using the jacuzzi. Furthermore, there was no possibility to purchase drinks from the fridge, let alone cocktails, although they were an option to buy them at the lobby bar and bring it to the spa zone. It would have been beneficial if such limitations were communicated in advance to manage expectations. On a personal note, the absence of any birthday gesture from the hotel, such as a postcard, a small cake, etc. detracted from the overall experience. I always appreciate these small tokens of attention, which can greatly enhance a guest's stay. It's important to note that my personal disappointment didn't significantly affect the general impression of the hotel, but it did leave me with a bit of a sour mood.

During my stay, what really stood out was the great service from the hotel staff. They were always friendly and quick to help out with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of tasty options to choose from. The hotel bar was also really cozy and nice to hang out in. Another thing I liked was the easy taxi service. There was a touchscreen to book taxis, and they even had a display showing nearby public transport schedules, which was handy. Additionally, the cleaning service was commendable, ensuring a tidy and comfortable environment throughout my stay

we asked for two single beds when booking and got a room with a double bed. There is little space for toiletries in the bathroom. There are no slippers/robe in the room. Unfortunately, it is difficult to get to the accommodation due to the street improvement works! This is not the hotel's fault, but it greatly affected the atmosphere. Wellness only has one sauna and no swimming pool. Parking fee is 20 kr/hours (in the garage between 22-8 is 2 kr)

Difficult to write anything here since we only stayed overnight and left very early in the morning.. If I were to write something then I'd say it's location is very nice and once all the construction works are done in the surrounding area then it might be a very beautiful location.

I like everything about this hotel: the rooms, the bed, the pillows, the bathroom, the amazing breakfast - one thing that doesn’t work for me is that you can’t open the windows. Air feels very dry. Back to positives - asked hotel before my arrival to book my taxi to work in the morning and that worked a treat! Otherwise it is very tricky to gather a taxi in the morning

The price for the family room was very much higher than the normal room even though the rooms were basically the same. The curtains and headboard were not clean in our room.

Very nice location overlooking the water but still easy to travel to the city centre. Very nice and helpful staff. Great that the spa facilities are included with the stay.

Staff didn`t inform me about parking and I paid 2x days parking fee and when I turn back to hotel there was not available parkin slot. I had to pay 2nd time for parking

The room size was small, and the bathroom was partitioned with the main bedroom with a glass and curtain screen. The bed room view was to a car park.

The lighting was a bit low, and there was not much space. Also, their coffee could be better.

Badly cleaned room. The remote looked like it was in someone's butt. Really. I took a photo. Also, stains and leftovers on the furniture. Unable to open a window to have some air.

Sadly the hot tubs weren’t working so we didn’t get the full “Wellness” experience.

Had a very cosy, stylish feel and a lovely position on the river. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious both breakfast and evening meals.

the bed was very uncomfortable. Don’t know how it’s possible for a Radisson hotel to have such uncomfortable bed, but I woke up with back pain both days. Stayed in so many different Radisson Blu’s before in different cities and never had an issue with beds. It’s a shame, otherwise it’s a nice hotel.
