Just very minor things. I think it’s would make it perfect if hotel had a dry room for clothes. Also we had some weird experience with reception, who couldn’t help us with simple things as call to the ski centre.

Everything was great! The person at the rental was very helpful! Also we were allowed to stay couple hours longer as we had later bus and hotel was half empty. Room was very clean and new. The food was very delicious. I loved potatoes and steak at dinner.

The coffee thay are serving on the breakfast is either instant coffee or schwartz coffee. However, it doesn't taste like lavazza or espresso - it will be nice if people can have a real (stronger) coffee. The water temperature both at the jacuzzi and the swimming pool could be warmer - it is OK for a few minutes but not hot definitely.

An excellent place to stay, everything was beyond my expectations! The location leads directly to 1C ski slope so you can get easily to Sluncana dolina lift. The food had various options, both breakfast and dinner with a wonderful timing. The staff is really welcoming, polite and helpful - whatever you need they will help you! The facility is spotless clean and the SPA and pool area are well equipped and maintained.

Property is renovated recently and its great value/offer ratio. Property is very clean and we liked professional and attentive stuff. Its 1km out of center with access to one of the ski lifts and each 20mins shutle to center and back. It has ski depot in basement where you can rent equipment. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good. Spa center is nice with long pool and sauna options. Will come back defintly.

The entire hotel was very warm and clean. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The food was delicious and diverse, there is something for everybody. The facilities were clean at all times. Overall, a great experience and a great value for money. Would definitely go back.

Very pleasant accommodation with lovely and understanding staff. Language was not an issue, and the spa facilities were very good. Restaurant food quality was good a well and placed very very close to the slopes. There are pubs, a clubs and shops 1 kilometre from the hotel.

You need to climb some stairs before getting to the elevator. They don't have lunch. You need to go to the center for lunch. Bring your own slipper if you want to enjoy the spa and wellness center.

The swimming pool is amazing. The food is very nice, they serve fresh fruit as well. The hotel is not in the center which makes it a perfect place to escape the city. The rooms are very clean. Great value for money.

On the last floor, where the room was located. The noise made by the elevators engines was disturbing, especially in the morning.

A really well furnished hotel with very comfy rooms, having a nice atmosphere. A variety for breakfast/dinner, well cooked and tasty. The SPA was also very nice, clean and the staff very helpful. Free parking is available on site. Highly recommended !

High price per night; and some details: 2 ski-rooms / 1 hotel for keeping equipment outside of private room which is another one and where you need to pay 2eur for air-drying of ski boots.. this shouldn’t be visible to customers nor paid if nice 4star-hotel like this stating that has ski-room; upright shower; through Booking - you can book 1 night, contacting hotel directly 2 minimum - misalignment
