It was not possible to have the window open, because the ventilation of the neighbour's house is too loud. It was a 3 star room, not 4 star but this was not communicated in the offer.

The location is perfect in the city centre. Parkong garage is werry close.

There was nowhere to spread open your carry-on suitcase, the bed was narrower than expected and firm. The AC in the room wasn't really controllable from the room and opening the only window didn't really help. The shower was fairly low pressure and there wasn't enough room around the sink to have your toiletries out. The reception isn't open 24/7, so you can ask the staff to adjust the AC temperature later at night.

This boutique hotel is located in a prime location, right in the city center, where everything happens. The views from the rooftop terrace are gorgeous and the staff was quite helpful. Rooms were ok size.

The WiFi stability and speed are not good as expected.

The location is excellent. Close proximity to the main sightseeing places. Staff were very friendly. Very good value for money. Some other reviewers said the hotel is in very noisy area but I didn’t hear any noise and I am furthest from the sound sleeper. All recommendations

Nothing I didn’t like but if I had to be picky, perhaps if they add a plug for the bathroom sink it makes shaving a bit easier.

The location can’t be beaten and the view from the terrace is lovely. Also it was fantastic value for money given how central it is. Special mention to the staff who were all friendly and very helpful throughout my staff.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but everything was clean, comfortable and in working order so the size was not a big deal!

Amazing location, right in the centre with everything on your doorstep. The video on how to get into the hotel was really helpful as there’s a lot of buildings that look alike. The room was clean, a nice shower and comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace was a nice way to start the day and has a nice view of the city. I spoke to Pamela at the front desk and she was incredibly friendly, smiley and helpful. Her English was amazing and she really made this stay special! Thank you!

There is a commission if you pay the hotel fee by credit card. They are very flexible as you can pay also in cash in Euros or Dinars (even in instalments) - but it would have been nice to know this before we arrived so would have brought just cash in Euros.

Great location - you can walk to all the main attractions. The rooftop patio was amazing. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. It was my wife's birthday while we were there and they decorated the room with balloons and gave her chocolate as a gift.

Location is perfect. The hotel (only one floor on the top of the building ) is simple, clean. Perfect for one or two nights. The hotel is in pedestrian zone so if you are coming by car, you have to park it in a public parking 150m from the hotel

The soundproofing of the rooms is not so good. And if you open the window, the sound of air conditioners in the yard are quite loud.

Great value for the price. The room was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. Excellent location on the main street in the pedestrian zone. The parking garage Obilićev venac is less than 200 m away. The hotel has a terrace with a nice view of Belgrade city. Good WiFi.

Really nice staff and administrators. Also, We guess the best location and the view 💯 everything is clean, friendly and civilized. It’s a pity that there was no toothbrush or teaspoons in the room, but these are minor things. One more time — staff is very friendly 👏
