The Wi-Fi signal in the third floor is very weak at the hotel. However, there is an internet outlet in the room. Luckily, I had the patch cable with me, so I was able to work from my room. There is no water for the shower in the men's changing room at the spa.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the food was excellent. Thank you for a great experience!

The team at Hotel Hill was extremely professional and helpful, i didnt expect such high level of service at this price point and i was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located some 15-20 minutes away from the highway, but i would prefer it in the future over other hotels located directly at the highway.

Coffee is not hot and not good quality. Very good breakfast. Cannot book the room few months ahead of our travel date.

Excellent location close to a shopping mall with restaurants and currency exchange plus other stores. It is next to Aqua Park. We received free Aqua Park tickets from the hotel. My friends enjoyed the Aqua Park very much. The room is clean, but my non-smoking room was a bit 'smoky' when we got it. Friendly front desk staff.

AC was very loud, too loud We were told gym facilities would be available, gym and sauna etc during stay but never was Turning on shower can be a challenge in our unit atleast. A bit on the pricier side for jagodina, similar to belgrade almost Our one bed was 2 put together

Nothing really, if I had to pick I would say alter the breakfast occasionally. The food is delicious but a little change to the menu would be appreciated by guests who are staying longer. Also please get rid of that same music you have playing each morning, it felt like I was staring in the movie Groundhog Day 😂 Otherwise excellent!

The staff were very pleasant as was the accommodation. The location is perfect to enjoy the park, zoo, aqua park and small shopping centre all of which are within 50m of the property. This was my third and longest stay here (extended to 7 days). The view from my 2nd floor room was great overlooking the aqua park, across the town with the mountains in the distance. The only negatives with this was facing the block of apartments under construction (they are almost completed so only a minor disturbance) and the occasional early evening exercise classes from the aqua park which may be quite loud for some although it didn’t really bother me. The view from the other side of the hotel looks out over the road and onto the hills which although not as interesting, would appeal to those who want it a bit quieter. The spotless room was spacious and well appointed providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and bed was decent albeit the bed is a little on the firm side, but still provided a good night sleep. The bathroom was also spotless and of a good standard, the complimentary hair and body products are nice and the shower is excellent. The laundry service is brilliant and very reasonable. I didn’t use the spa facilities (other than for massages which were very good) but the amenities looked good. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection every morning although it was more or less the same everyday which became a bit tiresome. This wouldn’t be an issue if you were staying for a few days. The ‘restaurant’ for lunch/dinner is essentially a pizzeria and is adjoining the hotel, to access it you have to exit the hotel. Be aware, this isn't really a hotel restaurant and you can’t charge to your room so bring payment. The menu was limited but tasty and it seemed popular with guests for a place to grab a drink also. Overall, excellent! I look forward to staying again in the near future.

The hotel was fine for us for a night, there was a private parking, near the street but the hotel didn't assume responsibility for the car. The bed was large, rather confortable. There was a pizza restaurant near the hotel you could have dinner. The breakfast was better than expected.
