Nothing to dislike in particular. One thing that I noticed - hotel was crowded with lots of guests and cleanliness in some common areas (such as staircases) may be improved in such busy periods.

We had an amazing stay and the apartment felt like home for us and our 1 year old son. Very comfortable beds (including the folding sofa, which had comfy mattress). Clean bathroom with high pressure hot water, well-equipped kitchen. Abundant breakfast included in price. The staff are professional, assistive and friendly, allowed me to store my mountain bike safely in the storage facility underground. Hotel is 5-8 minutes walk to central parts with supermarkets and restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. Spa was not always open on time in the morning and not always attended, offer of full spa service was not clearly explained, staff required reminders. Lunch is good, but depends what you order (Gulaš was to dry). Bathroom towels are changed every day but toilet was not detailed cleaned every day.

Good set up of rooms in apartment, comfortable. Furniture is new. Soft new towels, clean. Nice, spacey, firm beds. Beautiful view. Breakfast excellent, waiters very nice behavior. Spa clean and spacey with good water temperature.

The lift was slow and as I was on the top floor it took a while from ground floor after breakfast.

I loved the pool in the morning at 8am as no one was there and Alexandra was delightful!

I regret that i didnt book with dinner as well. The hotel had very good choice for breakfast always fresh stuff and very good options.

Staff is very professional and very helpful. The hotel is very good equipped and it is very very warm inside. Normally you would expect to have heating and use the ac to be better especially if you are like me traveling with small child but here it was very good and very warm no need of extra heating. Room was classy, tidy, clean, modern and has everything you need from kitchen equipment to towels. Location wise for people traveling with small children is superb. On 2min walk is the park and the lake where all the children are skating if you wanna go to Tornik you can either by bus or car. Hotel has private paring 2 underground garages and 5-6 outside spots for bigger cars. Restaurant in the hotel is also with place for kids where they can play and relax. Spa facilities are good, new clean maintained the pool is not big but also not small so can have more people, the hot bath is awesome. All in all very good place to stay and i am happy i choose them.

Apartment was brand new, stylish, clean and comfortable. Spa and Wellness Centre was nice but during my visit they had some technical problems so the Jacuzzi didn't work and the water temperature in the pool was a bit cold. Staff was nice and ready to help.

If you want, you don't have to leave the Hotel. You have everything inside: nice spa, nice restaurant, playing room for kids, massage, bathrobes etc. Easy access from the main road (no need to go trough the overcrowded city center), easy parking, very polite persons at the reception desk, excellent breakfast (dinner also possible), warm rooms, comfortable beds, clean and large bathroom, room service, fantastic view... TIP 1. Don't forget your swimsuit. TIP 2. Ask for an upper floor apartment, view is amazing!
