Jacuzzi didn't work all the time! At restaurant they don't serve soups after 4PM. No taxi services and exchange in the small town.

Bathrooms are no match for the property because they have a simple design, have no toiletries and did not see any ventilation system. Back garden could use a facelift procedure to refresh the design.

Staff was professional, prompt and friendly. Hotel is classy, elegant, renovated and clean; a great oasis in the middle of a gorgeous park. Facilities are good and the restaurant food is delicios. Decorations and design were splendid especially during Christmas.

The rooms are more expensive on booking than at the location, the restaurant does not have gluten free or dairy free options and the personnel is not educated in this direction. The room did not have all the towels replaced, during our 4 days stay. there are no signs for “do not disturb” or “clean my room”. The spa schedule is not followed in a proper way.

Food was good, but it could be better for the price they charge. Breakfast good, but not with so many options.

The outside pool is great, also the spa zone is worth it. Room is clean and the staff is kind and helpful.

There are no insect nets on the windows, so you can't really keep them open at night. There is HVAC in the rooms, but I would have preferred to turn it off and open the windows.

Nice big hotel, placed near the park in Govora. Rooms were clean, we had access to the pools and sauna and the personnel was friendly. We only eat breakfast there and it was ok.

The location of the hotel is good, it’s next to the park. Breakfast is good. Receptionist are very friendly and thoughtful, the room is clean, and comfortable. I will come again and recommend it to my friends.

The inventor of the Hagleitner toilet paper dispensers, together with the Palace people responsible for purchasing those dispensers should be sentenced to spend their time in Hell wiping the asses of the other inmates with the tiny sheets that comes out of the said dispensers. This is a real issue - so to speak, a pain in the ass! In order to get more than 1 tiny sheet out of that box, one has to do a complicated gymnastics involving sticking fingers into the box, rolling the roll, etc, etc... A simple yet important thing becomes a real issue. Apart from that, the breakfast was already cold and almost exhausted at 9 am. Restaurant is seriously overpriced for what they offer, which is a pity because the setting is very nice.

Spa was a disappointment, access to sauna 10€ for 10’, even if entry to spa is included in the room price, small size hammam for the entire hotel, relaxing area with only 4 or 5 chaise. Breakfast is very basic, rather poor.

The breakfast was quite scarce...very few options. The dry and wet sauna were not working when we visited (late October 2022). In our room, nr. 410, when turning on the radiator's faucet to get heat, it made a constant loud dripping sound which was very annoying. If we turned the faucet off, the noise was gone but so was the heat. I think maintenance should check it out.

The hotel dates back to 1914. The rooms are nice and spacious, the mattress is a bit hard for my taste but we slept very good. The SPA area is nice: they have a hammam, dry and wet sauna, 2 indoor pools and a jacuzzi (the water temperature varies from 26 to 33 degrees C). My wife reserved a massage session and was pleased with it. The park near the hotel is very nice. We went in autumn and we got to see the trees changing their leaves. We only had desert in the a-la carte restaurant and the "papanasi"/dumplings with jam were good.

The sheet on the bed was so short, as I found it piled up under me over night. The swimming pool is very small, because of that it is crowded and there is no air in the room. Hard to breath until you get used to it. The personnel often forgets to turn on the hydromassage although they should work by a schedule.

Very nice hotel. They managed to keep the antebellum style and it is impressive. We got there at the middle of October. I was impressed about the indoor temperature in the entire hotel. In the room, on the halls, in the restaurant. Warm and nice. We also liked the restaurant menu. Good food and nice presentation of the dish. Good breakfast and diverse. I had the best coffee made by a coffee machine in a restaurant.

Most of the staff was ok except for some of the people in the hotel restaurant. Some were rude, and at one point at 21:30 we wanted to have a nightcap and they refused to serve us. 5 minutes later a couple that seemed important to them were even served food even though the kitchen was supposedly closed.

The way the hotel was modernized was great. It's great to see how they kept as much as possible of the original flair of the place while bringing the comfort and facilities customers would expect from a 4 star hotel these days.

Prices big versus most romanians holiday budget. WET SAUNA NOT AVAILABLE at 100€ per night...

The best air from Roumanie, the hotel is in the middle of the forest, balnear procedures: herbal-sauna/ adulation matress, good food and elegant hotel from 1914 renovated in 2013.

Unfortunatelly the music in the Spa area wasn´t really fitting for relaxing and there where no signs of when the jacuzzi would start but the Staff was really helpfull in both situations, by turning of the music and turning the jacuzzi on on demand :)

Overall okay, the hotel is perfectly situated near the centre parc, the facilities are really nice, the food was very good and the staff very helpfull and friendly. The room was gorgeous and clean, with everything you need and a very nice balcony.

Some of the circuits flow inside the procedures area should be rearranged… electrotherapy cabinets should be placed outside the area where aerosols are performed. The swimming pool is difficult to be used, too hot and steamy and difficult to acces for a certain age group, with health problems. A swimming pool is an good option for exercise and health, irrespective of the age group
