Windows on the third floor rooms are not secured. They are big - from the floor to the ceiling ( french ones ). Everyone can fall down - infant, kid, adult

Great location in the very downtown. Friendly receptionist. Clean rooms. You can have breakfast as an option.

the room electricity device was broken( the place where we keep the card ); for a triple room was too small space; staff did not check what is missing from the bathoroom, they only broght something when we asked.

It is not necessarily a bad thing, but our window was to an interior space, so no view, and in the morning the smell of food waked us up :).

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, when visiting the Christmas Market in Craiova. We stayed on the 3rd floor, but the hotel has an elevator. The staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent. I was surprised to see a great variety of vegetal based foods, which was a great thing. The hotel did not have a parking lot, but it was easy to find one very close.

on the arrival day I found two dead cockroaches in the bathroom staff on arrival less friendly than expected very hot in the room and there was no option to adjust the heat

It is just the style I don't like in some parts - cheap rococo glam. In the bath,there are some old-looking utensils with some repairs made that look unneaty

There was very loud disco music throughout the night. The air conditioner did not work well and there was no way to close the window.The breakfast was not very good, the coffee machine was broken.

The location is excellent. The hotel provided us with places for the motorbikes right next to the entrance.

Almost all Friday night we heard loud techno music from nearby club.

It shows that the hotel includes a parking lot, then we found out that there is not. Meaning there is a private parking they collaborate with or we could just find a place where we can park. The cleaning in the bathroom was not 100%, also in our room the flush button from the WC was not like a hotel should have. I suggest also to add some signs that a room is occupied, so that if we sleep, not to come people near our door listening to music or to the social media loud at 3:00-4:00 AM. We were disturbed by this. Also the breakfast... If you have high expectations, I do not know about your opinion, but anyway, it was acceptable.

I liked the bed so much!! It was really a refreshing sleep for me! I liked the location position. Liked the staff and their respect for us. Thank you for your hospitality!

The bathroom had old furniture, some of which was either broken or dirty, the shower cabin was not clean enough. The room carpet had stains on it, the bed was double but the blanket was for a single bed. The breakfast was very poor and some of the things were oxidised…I would rather recommend to save the money and grab something from a shop. You will always see the beautiful blue room in photos but ours didn’t look that nice. I don’t think it fits the 3 stars hotel label anymore, it was definitely in the past but they didn’t invest anymore, and things started to look cheap or too old.

We arrived on friday and stayed for 1 night. During the night, we slept poorly because the noise from a club/pub located near the hotel.

Good value for the price. We love the fact that it was located near the old town, in city centre.

Walls are very thin and I could hear what the neighbours from the other room were doing and unfortunately I had my 5 year old child with me.

The hotel has a great location and the lady from the reception was very kind and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. The view from the room was not good at all. The receptionist didn't know english - she knew some words and we managed to understand each other.

The location is good - the hotel is close to city centre. Parking is nearby.
