Everything was OK, even the coffee from the machine at breakfast was good quality. It would be good to add an iron, we had an event and we were a bit wrinkled... but it is true that I did not ask, maybe they would have brought one to the room.

Nice hotel, modern and the staff is friendly. It also has a good restaurant downstairs. We had a very pleasant stay.

They had a power outage, but it was the entire street, so nothing they could do about it

The quality of the bed and mattress is not good. Very noisy fan in the bathroom

When I visited my parents in Low, I decided to have a nice evening with my wife, so I looked for a nice hotel with spa facilities. I found this nice hotel in Bacau. Rooms: very large and clean. Breakfast: very varied and good quality food. Diner, the restaunt looks cool and the food is also very good, but the size is quite small for such a big hotel. Quite difficult to find a table. Spa: large pool, also a small salty pool, many types of sauna. Unfortunately very crowded as people from outside are allowed in for a fee. Free parking. So we come back here again.

An electric kettle in the rooms would be a plus. Soups and/or ciorba in the Pub menu should be added.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very large and some have balconies. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options. The spa area is great and the massage couple are kineto-therapeuts students and are doing a wonderful job. The entire personnel is friendly and helpful.

A kettle will be useful in the room as every night I have to drink powder medication with hot water, no access to hot water,my husband had to go to the bar to bring hot water! This is the only thing I can fault!

One of the receptionists is not particularly welcoming (I've stayed twice and it was the same feeling both times). Hate the new towel tax at the spa... simply don't understand these decisions. For 10 Ron fee, which is mentioned nowhere, you simply ruin the mood of the guests...

The room is big and cosy. The spa facilities are excellent, but it's always super crowded in the evenings. I like the pub menu and atmosphere, good food and great drinking options. Also nice breakfast options. Great stay overall

Rooms: In some rooms there can be noise if there's a party/event at the hotel. Maybe a phono-isolation of the events room can solve this issue. Restaurant: The food looked good (in the menu), unfortunatelly I was not able to taste it, because there was a party/event at the hotel and they decided not to serve the food at the restaurant for the hotel guests anymore, but only for the party /event. I don't think this is a good approach. Related to cleanliness, overall was good, except the table in the restaurant I chose was not clean... so I moved to another one, surprize, the second one was not clean either ("not clean" meaning the table was prepared for the next client, everything arranged on the table, except they forgot about the breadcrums that were all over). I had to ask a waiter to help me with this. Location: The hotel looks to be located in a crowded "neighbourhood area" filled with standard P+4-levels apartment building blocks.

Rooms: Spacious and clean room with modern design, fridge and safety deposit box available. Large bed with confortable mattress (meaning a good firmness), clean towels, the necessary utilities in the bathroom (including toothbrush, excluding shaving razor). Pool: The best pool ever found at a hotel, a semi-olympic pool with 4 lanes. There were also other facilities, like jacuzzi and sauna, but I only used the pool. Restaurant (ground floor): Nice and calm environment with a view outside, through the indoor pool. Unfortunatelly, I could only drink some beers, I wish I had tasted the food also (in the menu it looked good). Restaurant (level 1): Used for breakfast which was ok with a good diversity. Not as cozy as the one from ground floor, but clean. Staff: Kind and willing to help. There was a small issue with the noise in the room due to a party/event in the hotel that was solved very fast with their help.

While I enjoyed the fancy coffee/expesso machine it seem to go down quite often. Perhaps invest in a percolator coffee machine or a water boiler this would allow for people who want playing coffee and hot tea to still get that at the machine goes down.

The breakfast was delicious and had everything I wanted. The tea bags were high end, which was a joy to drink each morning. The Spa was just what I needed. The hours of operation were good and I was able to relax and enjoy each visit.

Every thing was great. I have noticed that the bathrooms are not supplied with a wash cloth - about 30x30 cm. that most Americans are used to - but it seems many in Europe do not supply these - but No Problem!

Breakfast and location were both great. Google maps took us to the apartments next door - but we found it! :)

Because i am a very early person, and i come to this hotel a lot..i would very much like to have a coffee maker or a kettle in the room. It would be very nice to have a coffee before the breakfast.
