Literally the only hotel I've ever stayed at that that you had to put the room entry card to have electricity - in every other nothing is required or you can just put whatever card you want in the reader. This is plainly stupid, I do want to have stuff charging when I'm not in my room Loud exhaust fan noise from outside (first room), some muted music sounds (second room) AC not working, probably disabled (beginning of May but I still hate it, I'm staying in hotels for a reason, I want my 16-18C in the night and be able to close window when is loud outside (like the fan)), other hotels had AC available at similar dates

The elevator didn't work, but I'm not going to lower the grade for that. I mean...it happens. :) Pretty sure they'll fix it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they tried to make it so that we're happy with everything. The hotel just opened a lobby bar and the people working there are very involved into making you feel welcome. We really appreciated that. The room was super clean and very quiet, the bed was comfy and we had a thermostat to set the temperature. I mean everything was perfect. When we left in the morning, even the maids were super friendly and asked us if we enjoyed our stay. In front of the hotel there's a 24/7 store where you can find absolutely everything. Also there are many cabs waiting around in front, so you won't have a problem getting a ride to wherever you need to go. The distance from the hotel to center of Craiova is around 10 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. All in all we were very pleased to stay here and we will 100 % book here again when in Craiova.

Breakfast was poor. It was not included, so we were informed about the additional fee. When we came down for breakfast there was little left, so we took the 2 last bacon pieces had to ask for eggs and coffee. They are obviously not planning the breakfast well enough. The receptionists in the morning did not speak any English.

We needed just a stay for the night with 24 hours reception, as we arrived very late from Bulgaria. Nice spacious room with a modern bathroom. The hotel is outside city centre, but it was great for our purpose, as we had a car and were heading for another destination next morning. The night receptionist spoke English well, and the parking was alright.

There was a party downstairs that lasted well into the night, made it very tough to fall asleep and get any rest. The rooms were not cleaned properly, there were peanuts on the floor and hair in the shower

The venue looks nice overall, the staff was friendly, close to various points of interest like the big mall and public transport options

The hotel smells of a strong country smell. In the room too. The number when ordering is different in the photo and in reality. About breakfast, the coffee machine didn't work. Small selection for 4 stars.

Room description stated there is a terrace/balcony, and i picked this hotel and this room just for that, as a smoker it was very important for me, but there was no terrace, no balcony. Good thing it was only for one night, will never return here again..

Our AC didn't work. Shower head was broken. We booked one night in this hotel cause we had a wedding in craiova and wanted to get ready in the comfort of an AC. Instead we ended up all hot and sweaty 🥵

i had a booking confirmation that i will have a room with balcony and i didn't; the only bar / restaurant was underground and it was difficult to get your drinks outside on the terrasse; we waited long for any drink... staff was not effective and even look disturbed that they had to bring us the drinks outside.... on sunday afternoon the restaurant was closed so we had no drinks at all.

Location not great, the lifts exist but don’t function (they’re getting fixed apparently) and there were no coffee sachets in the room nor was there a kettle. I mean it’s understandable considering the star rating of the place but c’mon, even motels offer you a cup of coffee/tea. Room was equipped for one - one large towel, one face towel. We were two.

We liked the room, really comfy and quiet on the second floor. Great shower pressure and a very clean bathroom which is a massive plus. Receptionist was professional and so the lady that brought the coffee in the morning.

Very noisy, probably a band was practicing in the evening; after 11 another couple came into their room making a hell of a noise. If you have a business trip and need to work in the room, there is no table to work on.

Some of the staff very rude, the heating system not available to be used by the guest for turning it on when needed so the room was very cold. Uncomfortable beds.
