The guy responsible for the beach is not very respectful with the clients. Wish they also had breakfast included in the price of the room. The food from the restaurant is not that good (pastas covered with cheap cheese instead of parmesan, very hard pizza crust..)

We found it disappointing that there wasn’t any hotel breakfast, the menu was in Romanian and the service very slow. Felt almost like we weren’t welcome there.

everything was clean, the bath, the sheets, the room. also there was a very nice smell in the hotel and in the room. the beach is 40 steps away and the chaosselongue is included in the room price.

The breakfast is not included, but you have the option to take one in the restaurant. The only thing is that it might be quite expensive if you are used to eat more than a sandwich. Also, the windows do not have a high quality and even if they are closed, the loud music can be heard from inside the room. This depends for sure on the location of the room - we've had one in the parking lot. Also, for some reason the cold tap water from the bathroom was running at a very low volume, almost just dropping while the water tap was maxed out.

The location is nice, the hotel has its own beach which is clean and nice and offers the option of a beach bar. The room was quite large, comfortable, large bed, good pillows and matress. The bathroom was also quite large and clean. We had a nice balcony where we could spend a bit of time in the evening. The staff at the reception was really nice.

The room was large with a comfortable bad and a beautiful view of the sea. The balcony is also very spacious. The bathroom was clean and large. We were very pleased with the accommodation.

Refurbishing for the new season hadn't been done yet - air-conditioning check and calibration, replacing broken knobs on furniture, etc. -, due to low tourist inflow because of bad weather and beach set-up not allowed by authorities before July 1st. This is something as common as it is annoying in hotels across the Romanian seaside and hotel management should learn to have things ready in their premises as soon as the season starts (June 1st at the latest, although many times there is a long weekend public holiday in May as well)

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Premium rooms have 2 balconies. Mini-bar had decent prices. Saved the best for last: location and VIEW!!! You can see the sunrise from bed in the Premium rooms if you get up at the proper time

Infernal noise! First of all, on the side facing the sea, there is a lot of noise, as if you are in a factory, from the ventilation installations of the neighboring hoel. In the evening noises can also be heard from several other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are not insulated well..... Very hard bed mattress! In the morning, I took my travel bag to the car, around 10:00, the people at the reception assumed that I had left and gave the room for cleaning. At 11:00 a.m. when I returned (check-out was at 12:00 p.m.), the room was cleaned, ready for the next stay and I was amazed to find that the bed sheet and pillowcase had not been changed (you could see traces of foundation, ....). The bathroom smelled of mold. I do not recommend!

The room. after getting lucky twice, our third visit was a total fail. the room was extremely small. The first morning we were woken up by a delicious sewage smell coming from the bathroom. in the bathroom, the water in the shower was hit or miss. At some points, there was no water at all, on other moments there was a little trickle. The room had 2 electricity sockets, one of which didn’t work. In this day and age, with 2 people staying, that’s totally unacceptable. All in all, really not inviting to ever come back to this place. unrelated to the room, but it has to be said: the coffee they serve is not worthy of being called coffee.
