Lifts are not great, lot of waiting time, especially to get to pool level. Slippy surface around pools, hard for young kids to walk on their own. Kids club open for short time, since 10am - kids wake up early and there is literally nothing to do when the weather is bad

I honestly can't find much fault in the hotel. Its a huge hotel and well run. There does be queue for lifts. But we were lucky yo be on first floor.

Fantastic hotel. Spotless clean. Food was good. Plenty for everyone. Staff were helpful and friendly. The entertainment staff were exceptional. Always happy and fun and great with kids of all ages. Special mention to vinny. Good location. 10 minute walk to New Town.

A brilliant family friendly hotel to stay at! The variety of foods and drinks available throughout the day was amazing. There were lots of activities for children to do throughout the day (kids club and pool side activities) and the kids disco at night was a huge hit. The waterslides were a huge hit with my children. The rooms are very modern and cleaned each day...we even got chocolates on our pillows every night. The rooftop bar has amazing views especially at sunset. All staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the old town was great too. I would go back and stay again in a heartbeat!

Nothing, everything was good

Everything, the hotel is amazing for families, first time trying all inclusive, we were not disappointed, food/drink choice was fabulous. The pools were clean and well spaced out.Jupiter has thought of everything, they even have sunscreen dispensers 😊The staff were very helpful, and the children's entertainment was great. The Animation crew went above and beyond for our children, memories to last a lifetime. We will definitely return.

The pools are freezingly cold. We came with swimming clothes and accessories that we didn't use at all. I wish they would consider an indoor pool with one of the many pools they have. Also, the rooftop bar is amazing with beautiful views and interior. It will be nice if the live music entertainment is moved up instead of squeezing them at the cocktail bar area

The location and views are great, almost every corner of the hotel. Friendly stuff and housekeeping are the cherries on the cake. It's value for the money, and I will definitely recommend it.

A small thing that could be improved could perhaps be a wider variation across the week of food but the volume of food was never in doubt, Another thing that's not really in the hotels control is the irish bar which is situated to the back of the hotel can be quite loud but the patio doors do block out alot of the noise, it just means if you have young children you can't leave this open which is a shame on the warmer nights.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff seemed to work around the clock and room was always clean and tidy - spotless. Food was brilliant, pools were great and animation team were so full of energy. All the bars were always fully stocked with food and manned to make sure your drinks were topped up. Pools were so clean and plenty of sun loungers available. Every member of staff in the place ensured you had the best possible experience.

This hotel is fabulous, not one negative thing to say about it. We loved it! Great variety of tatsy food, staff is superfiendly, cleaningness is exceptionall. All facilities you need are there. Kids club is fantastic addition, kids wanted to stay there all time. We would be back!!

The kids buffet was really disappointing--every night they would only offer fish fingers or chicken nuggets and fries. Part of being on holiday is having options to try something different, so this was disappointing that it was what was put in front of the children. The elevators (as written in there reviews) were quite slow and small and stuffy. I can imagine at summer in the high season it's long ques and very hot.

Lovely location, and such a great all inclusive. Food was delicious and fun and drinks were available and tasty. All as described and worked very well for our family. Rooms were also pretty sound proof :) The staff were very friendly and all was great value.

The outdoor pools are freezing, the indoor pool is way too expensive. Beds not very comfortable

The food was very hit-and-miss. The French themed dinner was everyone’s favorite but the American dinner was near inedible. The breakfast was the same each day and there was enough variety for each person to get something they liked. The spa was clean but the circuit spa pool was quite cold and the stream room kept getting shut off. There’s also a child’s time for entering the circuit spa part but these times we’re not adhered to unless you asked about it.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful- every single person. I traveled with my mom and toddler, and there was a lot for my son to do. The rooms were big, comfortable, and clean.

Could do with some more indoor activities/facilities for rainy days. The buffet food was nice with some real stand out dishes but on the whole the food was quite bland.

Brilliant for families with plenty for the kids to enjoy.
