You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandAlthow the room looked very clean, there were 2 spiders in the room and we couldn't open the window because outside were giant spiders and we didn;t wanted to let in in. If we have stayed there more than one night it would be a problem.
Breakfast was very good, different options, good vegies and pastries. Room was spacious and clean. The staff very helpful.

NorwayThe room was not cleaned properly. We had the room nr. 1. The view from the balcony was poor. There was a roof of the building and a parking lot. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Tons of stains and marks all around. Even the cups in the room had coffee marks leftover. We didn’t even think of touching it, disgusting. The lady at the reception was a little arrogant towards my friends. For over 600 PLN per night I’d expect at least a clean room. I rarely add a negative opinion btw.
I liked its location and that it was close to the thermal waters.

DenmarkSo I think that it was a mistake of Booking.com to recommend this place for me. As it was a super busy area with lots of shouting children and the "restaurant" is more a cafeteria. In the evening it is only open 20:00 - 22:00. They served dishes I did not order and desserts were not available. As for the room it was ok in general, but the thick carpets was a challenged as they were full of stuff. The shower was a joke as it was complete stuffed with chalk in the showerhead so no shower that day. In general English was not spoken. No English menu not even online. Wifi was a disaster less than 5mb is just not ok for a hotel. My picture show what was called Gravad Salmon. (They did refund me) The other picture show the disaster WIFI signal
First I have to say that my evaluation is from a frequent travelling businessman. Not a family with children. I am sure it is better form a family's point of view. I was not happy with my stay in general mainly because I am looking for peace and rest, and this place is a bee house of activities. There are waterpark, churches and 3 hotels and hundreds of people on the area.
