The room was really dirty. Dirty walls splashed with e.g. coffee, dirty, poorly vacuumed carpet also splashed with coffee. A desk sticky with dirt. It would be enough to wash the walls and desk with a wet cloth. We would return to the hotel but only because of the friendly Reception Team. The room was not worth the price due to dirt.

Super friendly, helpful and welcoming Team at the reception. Tasty breakfasts. Very good hotel location. The room had enough light, which was great and unusual for hotels.

Still, it'd be great if there was a selection of pillows - those we had were too soft. The master bedroom with a private bathroom is great, but not suitable to 100% of visitors due to the fact that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a fully transparent glass wall. That might be kinda ok for romantic weekend, but with family - doubtful. Also the entrance to the parking is quite tricky - very narrow, while you have to make a L-turn in a very limited space to get in.

Excellent location just a few steps away from the riverside and the historical centre of the city. Large room (we had a King Suite), with quite comfy beds. Lots of space and light. A fancy coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was very good.

The temperature in the room was very high and there was hardly any way to make it not so hot out there. The air was sweltering and sometimes it was difficult to breathe. In fact there is the Air Condition in the room, but it took a long time to feel any slight result of it being turned on.

The room lighting was superbly done, creating a cozy ambiance. The mattress was incredibly soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And the bathroom was simply beautfiul. Also, it was great to see that the hotel provides basic higiene assets in case someone forgot it.

Despite the breakfast being very good and delicious, I think the price for breakfast is a bit expensive as the restaurant food was cheaper than breakfast at the hotel which I found a bit illogical.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect for getting around the city.

I only stayed one night. I arrived from the main railway station much too early for check-in and was allowed to leave my bags in secure storage. I took the opportunity to tour the old town. My room was large, clean and comfortable. I had an evening meal in the bar/restaurant which was very nice. The staff here and in reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the old town. For me as a solo traveller, it was easily accessible by tram from the main railway station and is on the number 80 airport bus route; so convenient for me to get my morning flight.

The charge for breakfast is too high. English Television channels were full of static and difficult to watch.

Breakfast was very good. Staff are attentive. Restaurant and bar staff are warm and attentive and spare the time to chat. Overall, this hotel is a very nice place to stay and its location by the river is ideal for walks along the canal.
