Gloomy corridors, really struggled to put the room card in ......could be a little noisy on an evening as my room faced out onto a square and a road

The location is the absolute best in Bialystok. Right in the heart of the Old Town. The restaurant is amazing!

If u arrive a bit late (about 11-midnight) u've to ring and...wake up the receptionist and security.

It's my second time in this great hotel with friendly staff that "remembered" (software) that I was a former client. Excellent rooms, and beds, Nice views on the main avenue (Lipowa) and Orhtodox Cathedral Excellent location, right at the center of everything

I can’t say I didn’t like just a couple things to comment on that I feel could improve. Only issue was parking is 40pln a day. It is cheaper to park on the streets if you’re staying weekdays. During the hours of 9-17 weekdays (weekends are free) you must pay for parking. You can to pay through an app (sky cash) or the meter. Comes out about 10-15pln cheaper. Restaurant was tasty but not the greatest (steak was a bit salty) and felt forced to leave a tip. I did enjoy the cheese plate that I had ordered to the room lots of cheese not enough bread though. It is pricey.

Staff was super nice. I wish I got her name but a dark haired lady in reception was very helpful and so nice. Everyone was really. The sauna, jacuzzi and salt room were so relaxing. The gym actually has more than just a workout bike so that was awesome too. Super clean and comfortable. Hotel is basically in the city center. Great location.

I'd completely redesign the main reception space if I could, but you only have to look at it for a few seconds when you arrive. Coroporate design at its absolute worst.

If you're looking for a hotel with character, look somewhere else. If you don't mind the corporate experience then this is in my opinion the best hotel in the city, and I've stayed here a few times now. Not only will the staff happily keep you supplied with sachets of instant coffee (there's a kettle etc. in every room), the breakfast, which starts at 16.30 seven days a week, is magnificent.

I've stayed here a few times, and I'm still waiting for something to complain about.

I really like this place, and I almost always stay here when I'm in town. Although it's usually a few euros more to stay here than in similiar hotels in the area, the breakfast, which starts nice and early at 06.30, is exceptional.

Staff were as always very welcoming and helpful. Room was very small but comfortable. Large comfy bed. Large shower cabin. Great location.

There is a lack of tidiness.Dust is visible, especially on the floors. And I wish shampoo and shower gel were already provided.

The apartments are close to attractions. Spacious rooms. There is everything you need - dishes, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine.

I've stayed here several times now, and I still haven't found anything to moan about.

Every time I plan a visit to Białystok, I look at all of the cheaper hotels in the area on booking.com and then book this one. Although it's more expensive than most hotels in the city, it's still really good value. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the early buffet breakfast is genuinely one of the best in Poland in my experience. The location is also about as good as it gets,
