There was a rowdy flat part across the road on 2 nights we were staying that woke us up but prob because it was a long weekend

The view is just amazing. The room was big & very comfortable. It was equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, stove & kettle with tea & coffee. Reading material of things to do. Bathroom had towel drying rack & heated tiles. It was the best as it was very cold during our stay. Situated 15-20 minute walk to town through the park. Great walking down the hill while admiring the view. Every day the room was serviced. Did not expect it but appreciated it. Staff are very lovely. Undercover parking.

The only down side was the underbench fridge ran very cold and froze a few things overnight

Excellent location to airport, shops and the centre of Queenstown. Detour around the block for entry was extremely well described and easy to follow and the off street parking in a garage was a bonus. Apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable, offering stunning views of Frankton Arm.

Loved having a view of the lake from our studio. A clean, warm and spacious room and bathroom, which has been nicely updated. The onsite manager was friendly and the parking was appreciated. The location is great, a beautiful walk along the lake from town.

The only thing my partner and I didn't like was during our stay at the place, there were roadworks right in front of it. Other than that, the location, room and view is beautiful. When it is full the car park is a bit small.

The view from our room is amazingly beautiful. There is a daily housekeeping services included. You wake up and have a nice hot coffee or chocolate outside your room is a perfect relaxation moment for me. The location of the place is perfect. Less than 5mins driving or 15mins walking to the town centre of Queenstown and to the airport. The location is very accessible.

Spacious room with heated floors in the bathroom 👍👏 that was also spacious. Comfy bed. Large windows made the space nice and bright. The location was a short 10 minute walk (mostly) along the water to the downtown area. We appreciated Kyle's information and suggestions for activities in the area. We appreciated being forewarned about the road construction in the area and the alternative route we needed to follow.

Undercover access to the parking would have been helpful when it was raining.

The room had exceptional views. Just spectacular views over the lake with the mountains in the background. We were able to walk to the wharf and restaurants and the location to catch the bus for Milton Sound. The room was very clean, the kitchen easy to work in with the crockery and cutlery in good condition. The table and chairs on the verandah were clean and comfortable and enabled us to relax outside and take in a bit more of the gorgeous views. There is ample car parks under the accommodation. All in all, our stay was very comfortable and the view impressive.
