It seem that there is a change in the quality of the disposable wooden spoons at the hotel room. The strong woody smell is affecting the beverage's aroma. Hopefully, they can look into exploring alternative options to ensure that guests can fully enjoy their hot beverages without any unpleasant odors.

I recently completed my third stay at this hotel within the span of six months. One of the primary draws for me has been the exceptional cleanliness maintained throughout the premises. From the lobby to the rooms, every corner exudes a sense of freshness and tidiness of the hotel. Moreover, being a relatively new establishment, the hotel maintains a modern and well-kept appearance, which adds to its allure. Overall, my experiences at this hotel have consistently met my expectations, making it my preferred choice whenever I'm in the area.

Probably the toilet can be cleaner but no complaints.

Opero Hotel is a walking distance to the Midvalley Southkey, about 5-7mins. Relatively new and have quite good window view. Value for money.

Look and feel clean. No complain. Great. Just that can feel Dusty everywhere. The bed, the pantry. The toilet no complain. But hope and reminder to always keep it wash with "water" and soap. After each check out. And will not use our used towel to wipe the toilet. Cos I've seen some housekeeper do this. In other hotel. Keep up Ur good work !

The shower does not drain fast, possibly due to the lack of elevation of the floor/ drain not indented enough which causes the floor to be slippery. My boyfriend slipped when he entered the shower after me, he was lucky that he didn't hit his head on any sharp edges.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. There were a few restaurants beside the hotel as well. Hotel front desk and security guards were friendly. The room was within my expectations, quite clean, comfortable size for two pax, basic amenities provided.

Can be noisy with family going in & out of the rooms with kids running up down the corridor.

Nearby to amenities. Walking distance to Midvalley Southkey. Room is clean. Easy parking access. Great halal- restaurant buffet available the hotel. Easy checkin.

I did not find a robe in the room, but when I asked I was told it's exclusive to certain type of rooms only, which I find strange, because even a lower grade hotel it is provided. A little disappointed but overall great experience.

The location is strategically close to the main shopping mall. The transport is quite convenient and easy to get. Did not have a chance to try the in-house breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but definitely will try next time.

Disposable wooden spoon (instead of metal spoon) provided in room. Basin was choked during my stay and draining of water at shower area very slow. No shower curtain.

For the price that I paid, I think this hotel deserves 9/10..from shaving kit, brush, iron, comb, hair dryer to fridge, they covered almost all the major essentials that is normally required. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean

Staff doesn’t seem to be approachable and friendly except for the security officers.

Breakfast has a good variety. Convenient checkout. Bed and pillows are good for my liking (not too soft/hard).

The shower area has no glass door. So the water from shower seeps out into the toilet area and outside the toilet too. The drainage is slow also

The heater and the mechanisms of the stopper is faulty. Had to spend sometime to push the bathtub stopper down. The location although is near the mid valley shopping mall (just a distance opposite)but there is no safe path or traffic light to walk there. Have to be real careful when cross the road, can be quite dangerous.

It’s new and nice, the breakfast has quite a variety. The room is spacious and clean.

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean room, value for money. While there's a few minutes of walking distance to the nearest midvalley mall, a free shuttle bus service is provided.

Just a comment for continuous improvement....The extra bed's metal base with sharp corners. These corners should be insulated with a rubber cover to avoid accidental leg contact which may cause injury.

Clean room, friendly service, good selection of food for breakfast and very near to Mid-Valley Mall.
