Very small room and the cleanest. The check in machine didn’t work and had to call staff to come and help us get in. The machine also asked us to pay a tourism fee but on our booking confirmation it clearly said that this was included in the booking price. Informed staff member and he sorted it out but had the machine been working would have had to pay it.

Not a bad place and comfy. Staff were helpful when contacted but not very present, had to message to find someone.

A bit noisy. Hotel in front of road. No lift. 🤣 Look Old but still ok 😂 Need pay damage depo for RM100 but get refund 1-2days working hour after check out. 😅

Room very suitble for family that have more kids. 2 queen bed and seprate by door. Not so big but its ok. Hotel near to many attraction. Its a comfy room.

I had a delux room (deluxe probably because it has a window) and it was ok but tiny, especially the bathroom. The bed sheet and towels were clean, floor a bit sticky but overall good. I personally do not like this self check in system, but it's my personal view. I would appreciate some more information about the attractions around, taxi service, some personal recommendations, laundry service. I also think that the price is quite high for the value. As I said - it's ok for 2 nights but could be much more better.

The hotel was ok. Not the best one I have ever stayed in but not bad for staying for 2 nights. There is a self check in but someone is still available over WhatsApp and really prompt in answering.

Comfortable and worth for money hotel for a short stay in Cameron with a family of 5.

very noisy. we even can hear other room watching their tv. not enough parking. so we have to just block someone parking because we wait for half an hour still no parking available. in short, before 6pm you should return to hotel to get the parking. then you walk to nearby shop or centrium mall to have dinner.

Very strategic because nearby attractions is within +-5km. walking distance to the centrium mall if you afraid about not enough parking or dont know where to park.

The toilet sink was leaking and everytime we used, water will leak out from the bottom. Would advice to put the lights away from the fan as it creates a flashing lights experience and initially its quite unpleasant but slowly gotten used to it. The water heater was a but inconsistent as it was extremely hot all of the sudden and then cold and was not giving a steady flow of warm water.

The location is strategic with lots of food surrounding the area in Brinchang. Centrum is also nearby and is of walking distance. Room was clean and there was sufficient space. They also provide complementary filtered water, especially hot water

suddenly got water cut off on my 2nd day here. but the next day only the staff knocked our door and tell us abt water supply. they should have at least give us 2 mineral water for us to survive. its their fault for having small tank 😫 parking is hard even for weekdays. there’s no lift ya. iron is not that good, recommend to bring your own.

toilet is clean. room size is decent. no need air cond when you have cameron highland haha. must use self service kiosk for check in / out.

There’s a self check in machine (no human staff) which we weren’t aware of, which is fine but we didn’t have the money for the deposit (50rm) as we weren’t aware of the machine! The room is very dated and tatty and the bedding and mattress felt itchy and uncomfortable. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom ran out on our second morning and due to no staff it couldn’t be refilled.

Good location in the centre of Brinchang! Good tv with film channels on which is helpful during the rainy weather. The fresh water dispenser is a great save on plastic usage.
