This property was so cute and cozy and felt very authentic to the area. Also, the staff were amazing! They made sure to always check up on you and made sure we had everything we needed. The gifts at the end of our stay were also a nice touch but overall the people here are what made our stay so amazing!

Incredibly attentive, and kind, staff but not imposing whatsoever. Lots of little unexpected extras made us feel very well looked after. A lovely old building centred around a pretty courtyard. Room was spacious and airy. Brilliant location - easy 10 minute stroll into the centre but not burdened by busy, noisy crowds.

Breakfasts were nice but a little limited

This is a charming hotel which has up to 20 rooms . Ours was tastefully furnished with elegant local woodwork. It was very calm and a reasonable shower. location was in the central area . Breakfasts were served in a courtyard and were a great start for a day The staff were incredibly helpful, organising trips giving excellent recommendations and being incredibly helpful allowing us to store our luggage past checkout.

Everything was so pleasant! The staff went beyond everything they needed to do to keep us satisfied, I would stay a thousand times again, and you can beat the location very accessible on foot to everything tourist. The hotel serves continental breakfast and keep water and sodas for the guests all day, and even they gave us some pretty souvenirs!

The hospitality and service is top notch. They make you feel at home and make sure all your needs are met. The place itself is beautiful and the garden has fresh mangos that fall from the trees and you can ask them to cut up for you. Will definitely be staying here again!

For us with a toddler the shower set up was a bit difficult when it comes to showering the little one. Wish there was an option for a tub. Additionally, an in-room mini fridge to store baby food would've been great.

This hotel was a much needed oasis in the heat of Oaxaca. It was close to everything and quiet enough to get rest and feel that we are on holiday. Their design, courtyard and large rooms have only helped with the resort feel of this boutique hotel. However, the best part were staff who ensured you were hydrated, were always there to help, suggested an amazing private driver for sightseeing and also always had a smile on their faces. Their little gifts (soap, coffee) only helped to seal the deal on the fact that if we come back to Oaxaca we are coming back to NanaVida.

The staff were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and cool didn't need to use the aircon too much. Great location only 5 minutes walk from plenty of bars and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night as well. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about this hotel, the super friendly staff, the nice courtyard, the beautiful rooms and modern bathroom, the great location. You can walk everywhere, we always felt safe and cared for. We really recommend this place and if we come back to Oaxaca we will definitely stay here again!
