Just something to be mindful of (it’s not a real issue, but good to be aware): it takes a minute or two for hot water to come on in the shower. Also, while the toilet is situated behind a partition, a gap at the ceiling allows light and sounds to flow into the room which could wake the other person up at night (and depending on how close you are with the person you are traveling with, could get a little awkward).

Beautifully renovated and HUGE room with one of the most amazing beds I’ve ever slept in. Our stay here was so comfortable. The inner courtyard is also very pretty. Shower was also enormous and I appreciated having two sinks in the bathroom. It all felt very luxurious. The location is good, at the edge of Puebla’s historic center and maybe a 10 minute pleasant walk to the Zócalo. Friendly staff who speak a little English which was helpful for us. I would wholeheartedly recommend to stay here.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room (presidential suite) was lovely, spacious and clean. An excellent restaurant is just around the corner. There is plenty of shopping and experiences in the area that are walkable.

Amazing property and staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The views from the roof terrace are outstanding. Very well located for all the sights and good restaurants. The only disappointment is we only stayed for one night.

Only minor dislike is floors were dusty from doors being left open while cleaning - led to dirty feet!

Beautiful hotel, very spacious room. We stayed in one of the suites and it was very comfortable & useful for our family of 4. Bathroom was spacious and well laid out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance from everything in the center of town. Parking came with a small extra cost but was easy to manage.

To claim as 5-star, would expect housekeeping keeps a consistent standard of supplies but sometimes they skip replenishment of all supplies.

Spacious room, convenient location, supplies in the room including facial tissues and slippers which may not be available in many other hotels we stayed in Mexico. But best is their staff, Eric is extremely helpful and professional.

Although you don't have parking. We did not worry at all as your employees were able to keep an eye of our car and pay parking when they saw payment was needed. They went beyond my expectations! Thank you! We had a great stay!!

We did not have breakfast there. We loved the facility and all employees do an exceptional job!! Super friendly and super helpful. They really care of the people that stay in the hotel. I was so impressed with the service that at some point I thought one of the ladies was one of the owners. She later explained that she was an employee. Good job to the owners, you guys got the best people working for you. Reward them for such a great job and they will be loyal to you always :)

Shower temperature was a bit iffy the first night but it all worked out.

The location is perfect. Located a couple of blocks away from the main plaza. It is a small but beautiful and tranquil hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
