The air conditioning turned on in the middle of the night, remote control for the TV is a bit special as you have to tap the iPad infinite times. The bar & restaurant was never opened late afternoon/ evening. The room was a little dark and could have had more daylight.

Not a big deal but I wished the pool was twice it's size. It was too small for laps and the hours were shorter than what was advertised on booking com. Nevertheless we made the most of it. When the sun hit the water it looked like it had diamonds on the bottom.

Everything. The hotel was designed beautifully and the rooms were operated with a tablet which was really easy to use. Even though we were right downtown and next to a square with lots of restaurants nearby you didn't hear a thing from the soundproofed room. The bed was a king and super comfortable. The staff were amazing! Especially the lady who checked us in and was there every afternoon and evening. I think her name was Diana. She even helped us book a driver and guide for the day. Ariel was also very helpful, he printed up our bus tickets for us! The hotel is spotless throughout. The housekeepers do an amazing job. The bartender at the roof top bar and restaurant was also really nice. The view from there was fantastic. Loved the pool! The doorman, handyman, everyone was great! We didn't want to leave!

The only thing that concerned me was the pool/hot tub, their were no hand rails to get into and out of these pools, which makes falls and slips very dangerous and likely especially for an older guest and being sometimes there’s no one up there, they could be there for awhile before someone could help them.

The staff was amazing, Leo up on the roof was awesome, also Ernesto, (security), and front desk Ariel and Diana, were wonderful, you should be thankful to have such a great staff

Super modern room had a lot of little LED lights that cannot be switched off but we just covered these with towels.

Very modern, spacious room right above frog alley, smack bang in the old town. The pool was great for cooling down after exploring and the staff were helpful in setting up connections for tours and recommendations. We are fussy about showers and this one was amazing! Electric blackout blinds were a nice touch.

The only thing we might recommend is to perhaps have some cash at the front desk in order to help guests make smaller change. If you are walking around, some WC's require change for use, and most ATM's spit out large bills, I would assume most guests would find it a nice "perk" if you could provide smaller bills in exchange for larger.

The State of the Art amenities were unexpected and a real treat! The sophistication of/in the rooms was very cool, and we enjoyed the decor and the modern look. Of Course the location was OUT OF THIS WORLD.... We were in the middle of this enchanting town that turned into something magic in the square at night!

Fantastic location, easy walk to the shops and square. The space it self was stunning, clean and fun it was a real treat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, we could not have been happier we wish we had been in town longer to be able to extend our stay.

This is for sure the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Mexico. The hotel is located right in the centre of Puebla City. The street next to it has hanging lights which is a beautiful scene during night. Our room and bathroom are very spacious, new and modern. Everything is controlled by a tablet. We loved everything – the location, the technology, the bold color and deco, the enormous marble bathroom with rain shower and Japanese electronic toilet, comfortable king beds and remote controlled curtains. There’s also a pool and bar on the rooftop terrace which we did not have time to enjoy. The staff are very friendly. I wish we could stay in this hotel longer.

We got hunted the last night. I know this area was bit on the 1600s but I was totally not expecting for my brother to feel someone was climbing the bed 🤣 to turn the lights and see nothing.

Super techy everything almost to a fault. You push one button on the ipad provided and ALL the lights come on. Perhaps user error, but I prefer more basic features.

The room was gorgeous . Beautiful marble floors, well appointed. Excellent location in the middle of everything, shops cafes restaurants - the zocalo is just a couple of blocks away . Nice rooftop pool . Staff was super friendly . Highly recommend !

Room is very high tech, but some things didn't work very well. For instance, the TV would turn on automatically every time you entered the room, and had to be turned off manually. Drinking water and coffee capsules also weren't replaced everyday. Would also be nice to have a desk or table in the room.

Staff and hotel itself were great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent in the centre of Puebla.

Whilst the room has an impressive amount to offer on the TV, it would be nice if you could mirror your device to the TV to watch a movie. I rarely watch TV on vacation, but was exhausted and looking for a film with English subtitles.

The property was beautiful, looked like the photos and a tranquil retreat. The rooms were spotless and stunning. The staff are kind, welcoming and always looking to help.
