Only things missing IMO are mini fridge and safe. They do have a small bar/cafe on site so I understand why there is no mini fridge. I also like a safe in the room when travelling to Mexico as I’ve had stuff taken by the cleaning staff in the past. That was definitely not an issue at this hotel however. I always like to leave $20-$50 pesos a day on the bed for the cleaning staff and they didn’t even take that. We left our passports at the front desk just to be safe.

The hotel and staff were awesome. Looked exactly like the photos. The staff were really helpful with any request we had like calling taxis, suggesting restaurants etc. I had a nasty throat infection during our stay and couldn’t really eat solid food so they blended up fruit for breakfast. The location of the hotel was also great. A short walk to the beach and main strip but far enough to be quiet at night.

Our room was near the front so we could hear the door bell. Our room was basic but no issue.

Location is good, close, but not too close to all the action in La Punta. Staff were really good, let us stay for at the pool for our late bus. Pool facilities are very good.

Best place ever! Every bad review we saw just was not true. Amazing service beautiful room and hotel, quiet yet super center location AMAZING staff. Breakfast seems simple but is so fresh and perfect to start the day, amazing pool. Definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Lovely small hotel, close to the restaurants in La Punta, but quiet location. Big room, very comfortable beds, really good quality fittings. Nice little pool, rooftop area with hammocks. Very friendly & helpful staff. Everything worked really well.

The property was perfect, looked chic, was clean, pool was lovely, always had a sun bed, rooms were spacious and breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and toast. Staff were so helpful and lovely too.

Everything here was amazing! The rooms are very clean and they are very well kept with good amenities. They provided shampoo, body lotion, soap and everything needed. And they were also of really good quality. The room was ready early and they allowed me early check in and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious! I also really enjoyed the pool and the community areas, reading on the hammock and being able to relax outside. They had hot water which was super nice as well. The wifi wasn't so bad, in the rooms they are just usually a bit slow. Good location, there were some nice restaurants around.

- as everywhere in Mexico there is construction next door, but it wasn't too noisy - the breakfast is very tasty, yet it does get a bit boring after one week since it is always the same (fruit, yoghurt, cereal, tosted bread with yam - although the selection of fruit changed every day :)) recommendations: - it would be nice to be able to hang a towel somewhere in the bathroom - don't allow smoking around the pool area as you can't escape the smell in that small space - maybe it was just my room, but the A/C didn't get cooler than 27 degrees (absolutely fine for me but maybe not for everyone) - less chlorine in the pool :)

Our floor was slightly dirty upon arrival: would be great to make sure the rooms are cleaned properly. Shower pressure was also not good, but I guess that is fairly normal in this part of the world.

There was only lukewarm water, not warm or hot. The temperature in Puerto escondido is very humid and hot, so this was not a big problem.

Room and facilities were clean. The pool was great. Breakfast was simple but great. Isa, Romeo, and Daniel were very kind. Location is in Punta zicatela a bit away from the center and other beaches. 7min walk to Zicatela Beach. Overall it was very pleasant.

The stay was very nice, however there are two cons: there is no hot water so foresee cold showers every day and there’s never wifi from around 9:30 pm to 6:30 am.

Very clean, there’s AC in the room, the pool is great and the staff are very kind. Nice light breakfast.
