Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

When we got there they didn't seem to be aware of our booking and we did not get the room we booked. We booked a room with 3 beds but were given a room with 2 beds. While we knew we would be charged extra for our dogs we did not expect to be charged an additional cost equal to what we paid for the room. So the cost of the room ended up being double. Plus we had to leave a refundable deposit on top of the additional charges. The area is a bit sketchy and it's confusing to get to the parking garage.
Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. Coffee was very good. The restaurant at the hotel was open until 11:30 pm which was convenient.

WATCH OUT for room that have not windows to the outside. Our first room was that kind and requested a view to the outside. It all worked out.
When we finally got out better room it was lovely! The breakfast was delicious! The location is great!

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and worked extremely hard.

Our room faced a disco bar that kept us awake until 4 AM. Be careful which room they give you! Cramped bathroom, no hot water. Restaurant had 3 TVs all showing a cartoon channel (no children were present) which made conversation difficult, but servers were great.
Good location a block from the pedestrian zone. Restaurant on the premises. Roberto, who showed us where to park and took care of our luggage was very helpful and friendly. Reception staff was lukewarm.

Bit outdated. Use of wool blankets and constant noise of a machine outside (next to window)
Especially the location, restaurant and most of all the very nice lady from the breakfast area!

Unless you are deaf, you better stay away of this place if you're looking for some rest. Not only it's noisy, we saw a couple of cockroaches in the room. The neighbourhood isn't attractive at all too.
We booked a room in this hotel because it was centrally located, but we didn't expect to be in the middle of the chaos. It is noisy outside and inside. A disco just in front was playing loud music all the night. Traffic noise is permanent in this point of the city, which is not even nice nor clean. We were supposed to spend 2 nights here, but we ran away after a few hours. The only good thing was breakfast, although the room where it was served was also noisy.

The room was small, with only one small window looking into a light well, noisy, with a broken bed, with fruit that was left there since day one and never chucked away.
People at reception were polite, although, during my stay, only one person could speak English.

Uncomfortable stay.The room was small and had just a small window to a ventilation shaft. Humid smell in the room. No eggs with the breakfast. Wifi was not functioning. Signal too weak to open a website.
