No such. Only recommendation is if it can be done so the heating can be adjusted and to choose temperature or certain level of heating - not only turned on or off

Everything was perfect, the hotel complex, breakfast in the restaurant, facilities. No problem with parking or with the road to the hotel. Staff were polite and helpful

the bad smell in the bathroom, we had to have the fan on the entire time so the smell would be minimized and that didn't really work and the size of the bathroom was very small

Its an amazing resort by the dam surrounded by a pine forest. Fresh air specially good for people with lung problems and lower temperatures soecially in summer if you want to avoid it. The rooms are so spacious, bright with very nice terrace with mountain view. The bath is spacious and nice. The room service is very good and the room are so clean and also very nice heated specially in winter. The staff are so friendly with great hospitality and extremly kind, in the bar and restaurant specially I will notice Ace who was extremly kind and proffesional .The SPA center is so nice and proffesional. Around the houses there is football playground, children pkayground and swings.In winter tre resort is magic specially now with snow❄️☃️❄️

Everything was top level. From the courtesy of the staff (reception, waiters and bartenders), the abundant breakfast, the comfort and cleanliness of the room... I will be coming back for sure in the summer period to try the infinity pool with a great view of the woods.

I didn't sleep the best on the bed, it may have been the room was too warm for me, but it was overall still a comfortable room with beautiful views.

The spa was a nice bonus - we enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and steam bath. The food also was very good quality and quantity for the price, we had breakfast included but ate also our other meals there.

A fantastic resort with well designed rooms and comfortable beds in combination with a great mountain view will make the mornings of your stay memorable. Good restaurant with authentic meals, outdoor and indoor pool, pleasant surroundings deer animal reserve just adds to the of clean air and crisp cleanliness of the resort.

All minor items! The fridge made a bit of a noise, so we turned it off. The dimmable lights buzzed, so we turned them off. Plenty more lights in the room anyway. It was a little warm with the uncontrollable heating system, but we got some lovely fresh Berovo mountain air.

A beautiful setting, warm, clean spacious suite. Staff were great, polite and attentive. Spa was really good and my wife had a relaxing massage. And we had a lovely dinner next to fire in the restaurant.

We didn't like the boy who was working at the reception-Igor. When we arrived at the property they said us that we can not pay in euros and bulgarian lev. They said only in macedonian dennars or by card. So we had to go to the city center and change money. It will be better to write that people can only pay by card and macedonian dennars. The second thing we didn't like was that they didn't answer the phone for 1 hour and we had to go and ask at reception. The third is that we wanted to make us a massage and they said tommorow after 4p.m. After we left the property...

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very big and clean. Everything was new and comfortable.
