Although the inside pool looked pretty clean,there were two badly smelling toilets around pool area

Excellent breakfast. Apartment was freshly renovated and was really nice,confortable and clean. Staff is friendly, joyful and easy to interact. We had the feeling that they truly listen and care about their customers' need. The location is in the very center of Žabljak.

The heating was low and therefore it was cold in some parts of the day and night everywhere in the swimming pool, in the room, at the smoking lobby, etc. It was not clear when the breakfast starts , 7 or 7.30 am. And the breakfast is served mainly out of the flour dishes. Additionally, Reception was not occupied at 7 am, we almost missed the bus. Overall, the service is ok.

Room size was perfect. And sauna was amazing.

Double bed were two single beds connected, what makes uncomfortable sometimes during the night, besides that, all perfect.

The staff was super nice all the time, willing to help and smiling all the time. Breakfast was amazing. Bar, Swimming pool and sauna are a plus.

The water of the swimming pool was a bit cold.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ski hotel. The staff was very helpful in helping us orgazing our hiking roots, and the sauna was very nice after a long walk. Food was good and diversified, and it was very nice bit having to go out after hiking all day. We even have been upgraded!

Nothing bad to say. We thought the dining room was a bit too bright with so many lights on. Some candles and less white lightening would be more cosy but it's probably also the typical interior styling of Montenegro I guess. 🙂

It gets pretty chilly at night in the room as the heaters are not on in August.

Comfortable bedroom with a great view on the mountains. Spacious bathroom. Good and abundant breakfast and dinner (both included in the room fee).

The floor in the spa zone was a bit slippery.

During my drive to Montenegro coast I quickly decided to sleep in Žabljak and Ski hotel had good offering - sleep with dinner and breakfast included. On my check-in, plesant receptionist informed me that pool and sauna are included - great! Very nice and attentive staff. Hotel itself is mix of rustic and modern style design, I like it. Its on good location too.

The lights (way too bright) and the music (too loud) in the restaurant were horrible.

We had a renovated room, so it was beautiful and had a lot of space. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel is at a great location and the rooms have been fully and tastefully renovated recently. The facilities and the food are great, but what makes the hotel stand out from any other we have stayed during our vacations is the staff. They were super friendly and always eager to help. The battery of our car died during the night and they helped us to find a workshop and replace it without hesitation. Thank you very much for everything!

We stayed at the hotel for only one night, but even so we enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is very nice and also very quiet. The food served during the breakfast was home-made and excellent. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late at the hotel and missed the dinner, but the staff were kind enough to provide us with a platter of meats, cheeses and several other various things.

I had car breakdown, the staffs were not ready to help, got help from other tourists and some locals from Cetinje who came to hotel for dinner.

Rooms were cozy but not very clean. excellent location close to Lovcen adventure land
