We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaOur room, as well as certain parts of the hotel, do not live up to 3* hotel. The food is tasty, but it lacks variety as it often happens that some breakfast dishes appear on the dinner menu. It has sport field that is used as a parking.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is tasty, and the pool site is great. It has a beautiful sport field. Location is perfect as you are 15 min from old town and several city beaches.

SerbiaMany people, who are not hotel guests, use a loophole in security and enjoy free sun beds on the beach and swimming pools for free.
It is a family oriented space. It was true happy holidays for my kids of 5 and 2. They spent half of the time in kid swimming pools. It is clean and comfortable. Everybody is pleasant and friendly. Food is good.

UkraineThere are several issues with this hotel, however they aren't too important to be honest. 1. Rooms are outdated and quite small, however do we really care about this that much during vacations?) 2. Strange smell in the bathroom, but also not a drama. 3. Room cleaning was poor, absolutely. That was real issue, but still not a great drama. 4. Wifi in rooms works not yet good, honestly - it was poor, however for 10 EUR you can buy local 4g sim with 500gb in case if you need fast internet. 5. SPA center is closed due to covid and that's sad, but we all know that covid is a serious thing so... 6. I booked this hotel as I wanted to use sunbeds at the waterfront, but they werent's available during my stay, that was really sad for me, but now that's fixed. So as you see there are no dramatic issues, unless you are trying to find a drama. If you do - there are a lot of luxurious hotels so you can pay 500 EUR per night and stay in luxury place if you want :)
It was my 3rd time in this hotel and I think it's ok in case if you will get a nice price for it. It' located right at the beach, they have own sunbeds at the waterfront (they are available starting from Jun 13), large pool and comfy sunbeds, big parking, friendly staff, nice breakfast (special thanks to the restaurant staff) with nice selection of food and AMAZING open air terrace where you can eat.

United KingdomThe room absolutely stunk of mould, putting the aircon on just made it worse and we were so far away from reception we just couldn’t be bothered to even ask to move as it was one night. The whole hotel is like being in the 1970s, so rundown. And we tried to watch the TV and the whole screen was just grainy.
We booked this for one night because of the pool. And the pool was great! But this hotel was like walking into the 1970s. And absolutely huge!!! That being said, the breakfast was very varied . Served a purpose for 1 night but wouldn’t return due to smell

FranceVery noisy area Kinda old rooms and building (definitely not a 4-star based on European standards) We waited at the pool snack bar to have a menu for 20 min, we ordered, and then we were told that the kitchen was closed … Beach is not private as mentioned : you can have umbrella and sun bed for free but the beach is opened to everyone .

SerbiaThe price-quality ration is bad. The brekfast is poor. You can feel the humudity in the room. There is no separate shampoo,shower gel and soap, they put it all together in the bottle(3 in 1). Wi-fi is very bed. We could not conect to the wirless.

There is absolutely no way we could stay there, fortunately we found wonderful alternative accomodation at Maison W Kotor. Could we get some sort of refund please ? South AfricaWe were expecting a tennis court considering we were in Montenegro for tennis camp, however the hotel informed us that the tennis court has been closed for a few years now...nonetheless, it is still advertised as having one on bookings.com. This is false advertising. The rooms are badly in need of renovation, ours had a water leak that wasn’t fixed, they are not kept sufficiently clean or serviced properly and the towels aren’t changed often enough. Dishes were not done, neither was cleaning products supplied. Not at all what we were expecting for a 12 day stay.
Staff were awesome, general facilities were great,but not as expected, food was excellent, location was perfect.
