Our check-in wasn't smooth: we were said that the room with the kitchen wasn't avalaible (though it was booked in advance). After a long conversation we were lucky that the person that occupied "our" room agreed to change. Also we were said that in the day we were leaving we can come to the breakfast earlier (after 7). But at 7.15 we were said that we have to wait (it took 20 more minutes - rather imprortnat for the flight day)

The bathroom was modern but very small.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel has its own parking spaces in front of the building. The restaurant offers great food. A great place to relax after a long day of hiking in the national park.

Most of the rooms don’t have a view, and the rooms with the view are smelly because it has the kitchen window below them. We had to keep our windows closed. We ran out of hot water after one shower. No elevator- a lot of stairs to get to the rooms.

Small apartment with 2 rooms and a nice terrace. The hosts at the hotel were very nice and did the best they could to help.

We have a big complaint about the heating, because we were there in winter. The heating was turn on only for a few hours in the morning and afternoon. We had to warn them to turn on the heating. There are no curtains on the windows.

The staff is very friendly, the food is not bad. The apartment is clean and small, but comfortable.

Room and property found reasonable . located in main road , slightly far from black lake . The property will be able to offer you a comfortable stay and moderate complimentary breakfast.

First we got the room with no kitchen - we ask to change it as it wasn't what we booked... They changed our room to the one with kitchen, but... without balcony))) It wasn't a big deal though, especially since we stayed just for 1 night.

We had a pleasant stay, in a quite room, with kitchenette and 've been provided with everything we may need for cooking (you won't have anything in you room - just ask at the reception). The breakfast was very good. The stuff was amazing! Very responsive and helpful. Especially the chef (unfortunately we didn't ask for his name) at the restaurant - he made our whole stay! Towels were very rough. Would recommend to dry them in dryer to get the necessary softness.

Breakfast was rich. Many choices of ham, lots of vegetables, eggs… Coffee was cold, omelet with too much oil. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was not so good, coffee and tea could be better.

Very nice mountain hotel, 5 minutes far by car from the Zabljak main road. Room was big and very well furnished, super comfortable bed, two TVs, a small living room and a clean bathroom (no window). Parking place just in front of the hotel for free. Within the hotel there is also a good restaurant.
