Location is convenient for the shuttle from or to the airport, but a bit more remote. Perfect if you look for a place away from the chaotic and hectic part of Marrakesh.

Very welcoming staff, providing tea and tasty coconut and carrot snacks. Very helpful with anything I needed, including arranging taxis into the Medina, an airport shuttle in the middle of the night. All in all very pleasant experience, would stay again

Can't really say as there was nothing that we did not like.

This Riad is set away from the main Medina which is what we wanted. It was peaceful and set in lovely gardens. The Riad was beautiful with fantastic lounges and a beautiful courtyard. It is a 15 minute ride to the Medina. The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful and made us tea whenever we asked. The airport ride was very convenient as was the taxi ride back from the Medina. We had a wonderful time and thanks to the lovely members of staff for such a memorable holiday.

We really like the big room, we had a big bed , huge cabinets as well as the bathrooms. We had 3 showers in total. The staffs are very nice, warm and accommodating, you will feel at home. We also love the breakfast and the food is amazing! Highly recommended! Many thanks to Karim, Omaima , Mohammed and the rest of the staffs for welcoming and taking care of us during our stay ❤️🙏🏼

I loved my stay in Riad Tonaroz. The Riad is a brand new property and you can tell all has been done at a really good standard. I believe they open just few months ago and I don’t regret giving them the chance. They really went above and beyond to make me happy and help me sorting things out (tours, guides, dinners, transfers). They really make you feel special. The Riad provides free shuttle service from the airport and so someone was outside waiting for me which made everything so much easier. It is just 5 minutes drive from the medina and a short drive to the airport which is convenient for both the transfer to the airport but also your day to day activities in the centre of Marrakesh. I personally prefer it that way because it save you the time of getting lost in the medina and just can always jump on the taxi (the Riad provides it for a minimal cost) and be in the centre and let know know when yous te ready to pick you up.

Amazing space, to connect with yourself. Beautiful rooms, full of light and color. You can calm down and integrate the experiences of your day to Marrakesh and the region around. The hospitality of the service is truly charming, kind and honest. The food gives you a perfect taste of Marokko. Next to that you can have a nice swim outside in the pool to cool down your body after a hot day in the lively streets of Marrakesh. Or just hang out a bit in the integrated pool of the building. It doesn’t matter if you stay for one night or longer you will immediately feel like home. Will definitely come back :)

Nothing major, internet connection was not amazing, but definitely good enough to do work remotely.

Perfect quiet property for an amazing relaxed holiday. Incredibly clean, making staff who constantly goes far and beyond to exceed your expectations. Good private driving services, decent outdoor space and very sunny areas to sunbathe privately. Thank you Karim and team for making my solo birthday trip unforgettable! Will be back!

We were looking for a room close to the airport but also close to the Medina as we had to leave for an early flight next day. Karim, the very friendly manager, offered us a complete breakfast at 3:30 in the morning. Thanks Karim!

I Have the best experience in this hotel. It was my first time in Marrakesh and I had no idea what to do, the hotel receptionist (sorry, I don't remember his name) helped my partner and me what activities they have available and what to see around the city. Also mention the hotel's Breakfast, varied and delicious. The hotel was close to the center and the driver who gave us the hotel was also a very good person. Thank you very much for helping us and for giving us the best experience.

We were in winter so it was A bit cold, rooms are dark, pictures in Booking and in life riad is little bit different.

Manager was extremly nice, friendly and helpfull, gaves us map with notes where to visit places in Marrakech. Room was clean, glass windows, quite place not so far from airport. Cant hear mosques in the morning. Packed us A breakfast as we were leaving on early tour.

The place was well located, far from all the city's turmoil and noise. The staff was exceptional, kind and smiling. Houssem was always trying to make us feel comfortable. The food was very good and the staff very kind. If i go back to Marrakech, i'd come back to Riad Azia without hesitation.

My partner and I visited Riad Azia for New Year's and had an amazing experience. As soon as we landed, we felt like we were looked after. The hotel van picked us up, and the driver was fantastic. The staff at the hotel were super warm and extremely welcoming. On arrival, we were given traditional mint tea, which was delicious. The rooms were superb, exactly like the photos online. Lots of space, clean and fantastic furniture. Karim, Soulaimane, and Houssam were very attentive and very helpful throughout the whole stay. Their kindness and hospitality really made the trip an extra step better ! Karim was also super responsive before we got to Morocco and during our stay there. Soulaimane was always ready to help no matter what time it was. Houssam made sure all of our requests were met and always double-checked our comfort during our stay. We are definitely going back!

New riad, very clean with comfortable and beautiful rooms near the airport in a quite place. Excellent traditional homemade dinner and breakfast with fresh ingredients.
