This is a budget hotel and it represents great value. Staff were charming and helpful. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was good. The location was a 10 minute walk from beach but very central for good cafes etc bathroom and shower were excellent

The breakfast could be a bit improved and also the internet was a bit bad, but overall it worked good, specially for the price we paid :)

This place is perfect! Firstly the price-quality is amazing. The hotel and rooms are clean, quiet, and location is perfect. I enjoyed a lot the staff and their kindness. The room had a perfect view for the pool, clean bathroom, comfortable beds and the surroundings of the hotel are safe and you can find anything around there. To go to the beach is just 10 minutes walking. I will definitely return here!

The presence of cats in the reception area and the extremely poor WiFi connection . The pool area needs serious attention- needs a complete overhaul. Cats there too....

Slow and dropping wifi. Noise from the street, from the corridor and from the surrounding rooms, everithing can be heard. Not working lock on balcony doors. Poor breakfast.

Though my stay at Résidence Hotelière Fleurie was wonderful overall, one aspect that could be improved is the road maintenance in the surrounding area. However, I'm optimistic that with ongoing development plans, the city's infrastructure will soon see significant improvements. This minor inconvenience aside, the hotel's exceptional qualities make it a standout choice for accommodation. I eagerly anticipate returning to enjoy an even more enhanced experience in the future.

Résidence Hotelière Fleurie exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, and the staff went to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was superb, with close proximity to the beautiful gardens and the upcoming tram line, making transportation a breeze. The water pressure was disappointingly poor, which is my only complaint.

This place offers good value for money and is clean. They offer transportation from the airport for the same price as a regular taxi, which saves you hassle. The staff is attentive.

I stayed only one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. View on the yard and pool was acceptable. Nowadays (Jan 2024) the construction is ongoing next to the hotel, but I didn't hear any noise. Fair enough to stay. I can recommend for everyone looking for 3 star hotel comfort.

Hotel still being reburbished, so painters everwhere! Building site in front of the hotel, so unpleasant to look at and somewhat dangerous to try to navigate to the next avenue where food was available. Broken handle on balony door, very old furnishings and the television didn't get a signal.

Fabulous receptionist! Knowledgeable, helpful and always cheerful. Bed comfortable, clean bathroom, breakfast included with own kitchenette. Breakfast included, but coffee machine didn't work well, but an adequate selection of food. Nice little balcony.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the quickest route to the beach can be a bit precarious, involving a walk across a "live" building site. Obviously this work will be finished in due course so will not be an ongoing issue. Oh, and if you don't like cats, avoid this place as there are quite a few friendly and harmless moggies wandering about.

The staff are excellent and although dated, the room was immaculately clean. Reception attended 24 hours and no problem with a slightly later check-out, storing my bags and using hotel facilities for a few hours whilst waiting for a late flight. For the price paid, I was very happy with this hotel.

The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and kind, which created a nice atmosphere from the beginning. We stayed 1 night and had a nice time in the hotel located in the centre of Agadir. Would come back for another short stay.

The breakfast could be better, but it was ok. During the Ramadan the hotel carried out some construction work, but I was aware of it.

The hotel is centrally located, but it's not easy to find in the first day. Next to the hotel is the construction site, but it was not problem to move around. The reception is very helpful. They organized for me the boat and paradise trips for very reasonable price. The room was large, fully facilitied and with the large balcony - kind of studio flat. Also very clean room. The hotel possess also swimming pool.
