Breakfast is v v average and needs much improvement if you need the good rating. Entertainment needs improvement. Hotel still under some renovation and spa is a little outdated. Location is a bit far, getting a taxi not easy

Staff are super friendly especially the cleaner to my room 3025. Fantastic attentive and spot less arrangement. They offer taxi drop to city free of charge if the car is available

I recently stayed at the Farah Hotel and had an excellent experience. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Each morning was a delightful culinary experience that set a positive tone for the day. I would like to give special thanks to Khadija, the cleaning lady. Her attention to detail and dedication to keeping my room spotless truly enhanced my stay. Her friendly demeanor and warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, Farah Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is not that great even though it had a nice sea view but no direct access to the beach. When we called the reception for a taxi to go to the city center, they said it costs 100 dirham but the actual cost was around 20 dirham only. To get a taxi we had to take a 10 min walk to the main road. The AC was not cooling in the first night, however they fixed it the next morning. The toilet had no extractor hood. There were no nearby restaurants and the hotel’s kitchen was not that good and expensive.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Our room had a sea view which was amazing. The breakfast was Ok with many options. The house keeper, Limia, was friendly and helpful.

They don’t allow you to bring outside food in. Service wasn’t the best. We had to ask multiple times for things. For example, we were at the pool and went to ask for towels. They told us there was a worker at the pool that we can ask. There were no workers at any pools the whole 3 days we were there. We would have to leave & go ask them at the desk. Same if we called to order towels— they would never come & we would have to walk to the front desk & ask.

I had a bungalow room, rooms need modernising. Alot if noise at night as bungalow is facing the sea, young people playing music and shouting.

The Spa was under restoration and while that to Salima we could actually have access to the Jim this was a limitation

The Hotel has a superb location with a stunning view of the "white city and and amazing sunset. We werre there on Ramadan time so some of the services were limited, but the staff and especially Salima Loubna were super helpful. Salima went out f her way to make the stay conformable and should be an example case of how customer care should be run.

Ramadan is not a good time to visit this hotel. The entire hotel is under construction for the month and the pools, spa and gym are closed without any warning when booking. The staff managed to open some of the facilities for us upon request, but obviously could not do anything about the loud construction work taking place throughout the spa complex. We were woken early several times by the construction noise and there was no truly quiet place in the hotel until the work stopped for the day. There is no nearby beach and the hotel is far from town, so it is quite important to have a car if you want to go anywhere. There is a free shuttle service which is great, but it has limited range and availability.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Salima in particular did a great job at front of house. Lamiae was wonderful in housekeeping - a real ray of sunshine each day and very hard working. We were also well looked after by Omar, Saldi, Hassan, Azzadine, Bilal, and Ababou. The atrium is impressive and the whole hotel has fantastic views of the coast. Our room was very comfortable (we kindly received an upgrade) and had a good bed. The Ramadan buffet is excellent.

Very nice location, but plan to have a driver or a car. Nice and friendly staff, at the reception, at the breakfast buffet. Fouzia, the housekeeper was very helpful.
