Tasty breakfasts. Nice, clean room with comfortable, king-size bed. The hotel is very close to the beach and there is private, guarded beach area for hotel's guests with sunbeds and umbrellas available.

We got a central room what did mean that there was a lot of noise from the bar until it got closed at 11 pm. But we were mostly out of our room in the evening so it was not so big problem.

Wonderful holyday hotel with AI catering. Hotel is basic but lovely and garden is really beautiful! I did like a walk to the restaurant - the smell of grass and flowers was romantic. Staff was also attentive and nice only sometimes quite exhausted (maybe they have too long shifts). Food was excellent, vine quite OK. Beach is across the street and also very long promenade. If you like to have fun - there is animation team and shows every night!

The rooms need to be cleaned much better. The laminate floors in our room were sticky and not washed, and haven’t been washed once during our stay. The towels in the room were great and old. We had to request fresh towels and toilet paper every day, since the cleaners would take away dirty towels without providing new ones. The hotel is not beach front as advertised, you need to exit the hotel and cross the road to get there. The swimming pools are not heated as advertised and were very cold. There was a variety of food, however the quality was not the best.

Most of the staff was very helpful, very respectful and hard working, especially the waiters, members of the entertainment club and cleaning professionals.

Cleaning Could Be Improved: I noticed that cleaning could be more rigorous, especially considering the presence of cockroaches on the second floor, which is unacceptable for a quality standard. Restrictions on All-Inclusive Plan: Limited meal times and options outside the main restaurant did not meet the expectations of an "all-inclusive" plan, which was disappointing for guests. Drink Limitations: The policy of allowing only two drinks at a time, especially considering families with children, resulted in queues and a frustrating experience for us. Quality of Entertainment: Although the animators made an effort, the entertainment activities seemed repetitive and not engaging, suggesting a need for variety and quality to meet guests' expectations.

Beachfront Location: Being close to a wonderful beach added a special touch to our stay, allowing easy access to a relaxing and beautiful environment. Pleasant Weather: In April, the weather was exceptionally pleasant, contributing to a relaxing and cheerful atmosphere throughout our stay. Heated Pool: The availability of a heated pool offered an additional option to enjoy the outdoor environment. Garden with Turtles: The presence of turtles in the garden added a charming touch to the atmosphere, offering a unique and memorable experience, especially for children. Comfortable Room Décor: The room was well-decorated, providing a comfortable and cozy environment. Bed and Pillow Comfort: The quality of the bed and pillows significantly contributed to a good night's sleep, ensuring rest needed to fully enjoy the next day. Overall, Agadir is a charming destination that deserves to be visited at least once in a lifetime. As for [Insert Hotel Name], while it offers some nice amenities, it's important to acknowledge that there is significant room for improvement, especially in terms of cleaning, dining options, and entertainment. Considering these aspects, the current four-star rating may not fully reflect the experience provided, suggesting a review to better match guest expectations. The food selection could have been more vegetarian freindly, one of the days was spanish food day and had just one vegetarian choice. and teh restaurant staff including the chef sometimes did not know what had eggs and what did not.

The rooms were great, and the location of the hotel was perfect and close to the beach. the staff was freindly and enthusiastic. the animation team was so great, with new shows every night and fun pool activities thay did with the guests.

No dustbin in the bedroom (just one small bin in the bathroom), bathroom door kept getting stuck - which left me trapped in the bathroom on one occasion! Shower drain blocked/slow draining leading to bathroom floor flooding. Felt that I did not receive an adequate tour/induction of the hotel and facilities and social events on arrival.

I received an email for online check in which I did. When I arrived I had to fill out the form again even though I told the woman at reception that I had already completed. Poor first impressions.

All the sunbeds were always taken by a dumped towel, but not used most of the day (I should have taken a picture). Most of the time it is impossible to find a sunbed. In 4 days, we only managed to stay at the pool one afternoon (we are a family of 3).

The hotel is modern and very clean, helpful and nice staff, the room is big, huge comfortable bed, nice big balcony, good food, private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

The acoustic from the room could be better. Better isolation from windows to outside.

It was a club but yet cosy and very familial atmosphere. We really enjoyed the location close to beach, Paradise Valley, Tarazout and nice restaurants around. The bed was just amazing! Animation was really friendly and not to much insisting, we liked that.
