We liked everything about the hotel, especially the family room with the sea view that we stayed in. It was very spacious and the balcony also. Everything was clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were very polite and ready to help with everything. Special thanks to the hotel administrator who was always there to help and give advice. Yes, sometimes there were fishermen on the beach, but it was even interesting to see their work. We went to swim right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. 5-10 minutes by tuk tuk you can reach some sights and many restaurants. The hotel is totally worth the price.

The name is misleading. It's next to the beach, but there were no chairs beds of any trees of anything for shadow, so you couldn't use it at all. Also, in the areas I made bad experience with fishermen harassing me and their dogs chasing us when walking along the beach. The western breakfast was very expensive and very small. Local breakfast was fine and much cheaper, although the portions were so much bigger

It’s not about the property itself, but more about location: it’s on the part of Uppuveli beach that is not maintained very well. However, it takes only 5-10 minutes on a bike or tuktuk to get everywhere in Trinco and probably the most beautiful beaches in whole Sri Lanka

The bed was comfy, and the AC was working just fine, we had a very pleasant sleep which we were longing. Window view is perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful

Rooms and bathrooms clean tidy and spacious. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing❤️ Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Have to firstly mention the exceptional service from the staff - Majith, Dinesh, Shyam. They made our stay very comfortable and also helped us with our requests. The hotel had exceptional views and 2mins walk from the beach.

Everything absolutely perfect!

Absolutely great. The location is amazing with a stunning view on the beach, 50 meters away. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had two different rooms: the normal one is big, has a nice bathroom, and a balcony with view on the beach. The topfloor room was huge and the bathroom and balcony huge also! There are restaurants on walking distance. We can only advice this hotel!

Got made to pay in cash even though a card machine was present on the desk. Owner did take us to the local bank in his car but felt overly pressured to pay in cash.

Hotel was located right on the beach meaning amazing views from the balcony, view sells the hotel. Room was of a good size, good AC and had a comfy bed. Staff were mostly friendly and kind. Didn't have the food but would definitely consider if we stayed here again.

One of the staff was not very friendly. He told me as I left for the evening at 4pm that I needed to be back to pay in cash by 6pm. He was rude (but the other guys working were really nice).

Loved the beach view, room was very comfortable and nice--one of the best I had in Sri Lanka. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall super happy!
