Wonderful place to stay for a couple of days. The pool is great and we frequently used the super good free bicycles to discover Trincomalee, the beaches and numerous restaurants. Sasi and Rizvy made sure we had a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Navini who was so kind, lovely and helpful! The only real downside is the wifi connection. Sometimes great, but mostly spotty.

I have to say that the rooms need a bit of maintance… there was a huge mold in my room and also the toilet seat was all yellow, the shower head not working perfectly. I did not want make problems and was okay with that for the price and nice staff, but keep it in mind.

The staff was very attentive, the breakfast was very good and rich, the pool was amazing and also the location - they offer bike rental for free which was amazing as everything was reachable within 15 mins on bike. Also they let me stay longer as my train was departing in the evening which I very appreciate and I am very thankful.

The pricing is misleading. There is an additional 10% service charge on top of the price shown in the booking.com. It is mentioned in very small letters hidden under pricing info which is not visible at first sight. The restaurant is overpriced. Better to get the meals outside. The door lock to the pool side was broken in our room so direct pool access was unavailable. That is not a big deal as they tried hard to fix it. But couldn't.

The location is very convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious. The swimming pool is big and clean. The garden is beautiful.

We rented the executive suite rooms and aren't that comfortable or value for money. Rooms need a bit of a touch-up or upgrade work.

The hotel location and garden area were great, especially the swimming pool. Staff were really helpful, and thanks to Thushan for looking after us during our stay at the hotel, he was exceptionally helpful and understood customers' expectations. Very kindly resolved some of the issues we had. .

It’s a bit far from the beach, but the app Pick me does work here and the hotel has bicycles wherewith you can go to the beach :) it’s a 10 min cycle.

We really enjoyed our stay here (we actually extended our stay with two nights). The staff is incredibly friendly and can speak proper English. The breakfast buffet is varied with toast and pancakes but also Sri Lankan curries and fruits. The swimming pool is clean and big, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean with a good working AC.

They could have paid a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, however, we later learnt that the staining was due to calcium of the water in the area. They even cleaned the bathroom again and offered us a new room, which we declined as we were too tired to move. There were mosquitos in the room but was not a disturbance during night under the sheets. Drinking water bottles were not provided. Could have paid a little more attention to tea/ coffee sachets and replacing them when necessary. We had only 3 sachets of tea and one sugar sachet only. Anyway we didn't ask for it as they offered nice breakfast tea at the restaurant. There was no internal telephone line to call the front desk. Mr. Thushara gave us a mobile number to call which attended to all our needs. There was no satellite TV although it was there in the booking description, was told that they are on the process of acquiring it. Could have done with a wardrobe, however they have offered a towel rack instead.

Quick check-in, which was a blessing as we were so tired after travelling for nearly 10 hours. All the meals we took were really tasty, specially the curries. They were quick to offer additional suggestions for kids too. Staff were friendly and most supportive, specially the Assistant Manager Mr. Thushara (sorry, if I have made a mistake about the name as I can't recall the name very well now). Garden was well kept and lovely, suits the name 'Green garden'.

A super place to relax. We really liked the hotel territory, staff and the food. Fantastic dinner, breakfast and lunch. The receptionist helped us in arranging a tuk-tuk driver to our next place.

- Wifi: Accept the fact that the wifi is most of the time not working properly and it may be that you search for a certain spot in the hotel where wifi is working (They are working on that problem but it is good to know for tourists) - My girlfriend didnt use the shower in the hotel room but the one next to the pool because the shower head was rusty and dirty and she didnt feel comfortable taking a shower in that one. - Breakfast: You will get the same breakfast every day (omlette, 2 toasts + jam, fruits, coffee) - Dinner takes time: We waited 40min from ordering drinks to getting them (they were warm then) and food sometime takes even longer. So plan for at least 1-1,5h when having dinner there.

The hotel is a bit off the road so that you can really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere without much noice coming from the surroundings. The pool is great for relaxing and the whole hotel complex is well maintained. The female receptionist is really great! She helped us with every problem or question we had and was always very polite!

We had some small issues with warm water and a door but this can happen and the staff did everything to help and fix things, This is not a criticism on the hotel more a positive comment on helpfulness.

The Hotel has beautiful gardens and a great pool, The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I think it is great value for money, is it perfect no but the rooms we had were very spacious and clean. We where a group of 11 and had a great stay.

The place is not clean, to say the least. The pool is full of live and dead insects and the towels and sheets are worn and stained. In addition to this, the wifi did not work anywhere except the reception and the service in the restaurant was horrendously slow.

The whole outdoor area is beautiful and the pool is very fun. The BBQ in the evening is very tasty and it is very nice that you can take a bicycle for free.

We met quite a range of local fauna in our room: huge cockroaches, frog, lizards, thousands of ants. Since no fridge was in the room we either had to try to hide foid or throw it away with ants all over it. Some experiments with bbq party every evening with loudy music. Could be soso if you have small kids or just tired. Asked administrators, twice, to arrange tuk tuk for earlier morning for us to get on time to the bus station. But none came and it was totally empty place in the morning (only guests) so no way to get the help. Of course no driver responded at 6 in the morning through pickme app. Crows around dining space. It's entairtaining to some extent but could get annoying when they try to catch a food from your table.

Big green area of the hotel, pool, attitude of the hotel staff. The patio at the room, small aquariums with fishes on the pation. Nice restaraunt guys. Great driver who took us fast &furious from the airport to the hotel, saved us like 3+ hours of transfer. Zero mosquitoes. Tasty food though some basic things were missing. They serve 3 types of breakfast so could add some diversity. Location away from noisy roads and still quite close to many places like market , bank or beach. And you can take tuk tuk any time.
