You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast is not that much good enough . So noisy .rooms are not comfortable .one of friends reccomanded this place to visit .thats why i visited their . But after visiting their we could get helped with everthing from the lady who is working in the hotel .that was the fact of happiness . Once again thank you to lady .
The thing that we would like the hospitality of the lady she is the one who helped with everything so fast . literally Without her help there is nothing . She is worthy to the hotel and like the gift .there has to be the people like her . We really appreciate her hard work and the hospitality that we had from her . Thank you .

For the first night I did not have WiFi. Staff were not ready to understand my concern and were constantly showing me that the WiFi was working on their phone. They were literally not paying a ear to my concern. Things were clear when I asked them to check the WiFi their phone was connecting to in the Settings App. The Floor's WiFi was not connecting at all. Rude facility staff. Things got better the next day when their facility manager joined the desk after his leave.
The breakfast was excellent. The location to the Hotel was a walkable distance from the Ella Railway station and in the middle of Ella's busy and bustling suburb. You'll have many Cafe's, Pubs, Restaurants and local souvenir shops in close proximity. All the major attractions are at walkable distance.

Some noise issue from nearby restaurant till late night (which is beyond control of the hotel)
Location is in centre of the town and close to Railway station Staff is mindful and helpful City sightseeing can be arranged at reasonable rates than outside and worth Good Local and Continental breakfast options available

The rooms are good and the breakfast is average. Even better if the rooms were regularly cleaned and make the breakfast more attractive with a few more varieties.
The property is situated in a prime location in Ella City with proximity to restaurants. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The hotel supported me with an early check-in around 7 a.m. Free of charge as we traveled in the Colombo Badulla Night Mail. Property situated within walking distance of the railway station. Shops, Restaurants, and Bike and Tuk Tuk rent are available in few steps away. The best place that has easy access to any requirement in the city.

It depends on your interest. location is at the heart of ella. so many restaurants and tourists and you can walk to the hotel from ella train stations. staffs was very friendly and well-coming. it defiantly worth the price.

There was no AC but it didn't make any trouble to us but fan was making noise so had to switch it off. Overall value for Money
It was a nice stay with family. Receptionist Udumbara was amazing, and she was very active with beautiful smile. Srilankan breakfast was good.hotel is in the Ella town.grocery stores,restaurants nearby.

It was better if they did not charge extra 5% for the card payment which was unexpected from a nice hotel.
Staff was exceptionally friendly . It is as expected from Sri Lankan hospitality. Location was good but bit noisy. Food was wonderful.

Poor Western breakfast. (SL breakfast was very good) No hot water almost all time. Very bad wifi.
Very close to heart of Ella. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms and comfy beds.

Music from the restaurant across the street was heard, but luckily it stopped around 10-11 pm.
