The bed was super comfortable and clean. Air-con was really good, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful when I needed to grab a taxi. Location was a big decider because I needed a place that was close to the airport, it's about 15 mins drive through traffic.. Breakfast was standard - cereals, juice, and toast. They do have a ramen bar if you're after a light snack. Overall, I really enjoyed my time. I would book here again if I need to be close to Busan Airport. **realised I didn't take photos inside the room :( **

The location is far from ideal. Though close to the airport, it’s 1.5-2h from everywhere in Busan by metro which is exhausting and impacts the overall trip negatively. Would be great if the breakfast was available a little longer.

The rooms are massive by Korean standards and offer everything you could possibly need (hairstyling products etc).

It was near the airport, exactly what we needed, but if planning to stay in city, location is quite far from bus/metro stations, in some industrial area kind of, but stuff was nice, helped to order food etc.

Neighbourhood not very pleasant, mostly garages and workshops. no shops or restaurants nearby. Does not feel dangerous, rather ugly. Surprisingly few staff for such a big hotel - man at reception was running around and his desk was often deserted.

NIce rather big hotel, comfortable rooms, underground private parking. Facilities and WiFi OK. Breakfast included, it was sufficient buy not many options available, continental type. Street with bus stops to city center 100m walk.

The walk from the subway to the property is through a slightly rundown and industrial area. There is a huge empty shopping center with a bunch of chairs and sofas just....laying around in an abandoned parking lot. It's very strange looking. At night, this walk can be a bit spooky. It's not the most well lit walk. The hotel is amazing, but the walk there isn't. Get a taxi.

The staff is amazing! The front desk staff are extremely helpful and kind. The facility offers free bottled water, espresso/americano machine, or instant coffee in the lobby. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning staff was respectful. Highly recommend the property

Number #1 - Reception staff Mr Lee Shin Pong provides exceptional service above and beyond expectations! Restaurant recommendations, assistance with ticket purchases etc! This hotel is located among automobile industrial area however the neighborhood is very quiet day and night. There are easily walkable restaurant options. The subway and bus routes are 5-10 minutes walk. The room is LARGE with very comfortable bed, linens and towels. (Bathrobe included) many extra toiletry items provided! Coffee machines with espresso available on 2 floors as well as filtered water refill on 2 floors! Netflix available in the room! Morning continental breakfast items and instant ramen provided included in price
