There were plates and cutlery, but I wish the room would've included bowls and chopsticks as well, because they're more suitable for Japanese cuisine. Sharing things like noodles or soups is quite difficult without bowls. We worked around this by buying cup noodles and re-using the cup, and also buying disposable chopsticks.

Friendly staff, and very convenient to have washer/dryer and kitchenette in the room. Scanning the room card in the elevator auto selects the floor your room is on, which is a great feature. I like how the disposable toothbrush and toothpaste have been separated. A disposable toothbrush is placed in your room on arrival, and small tubs of toothpaste can be taken as needed near the front desk. This is a nice way to reduce waste, because the toothbrush can be used multiple times. I also like the "basic" daily room cleaning. Only rubbish is taken, and towels exchanged. This allows me to use the kitchen facilities without worrying about if we're accumulating too much trash (buying things from supermarkets can come with a lot of packaging). The hotel is quite well located, with both Odori and Susukino stations within walking distance.

The location gave us a chance to shop in the Tanukikoji area and eat at the nearby restaurants, all in walking distance. Washer/dryer in room, was a big plus.

Location was convenient for shopping in the city center and walking to Odori park was not far. Staff are helpful and be able to speak English fluently. Facilities in the room were really great.

Location is near restaurants, and near the ferris wheel where you can see a bird eye view of Sapporo. Hotel is near Odori Station. Our bedroom has a washing machine. Very convenient. The buffet breakfast spread was good.

If you’re visiting Sapporo, this hotel is highly recommended. It is close to Odori (subway) station and the Sapporo Streetcar (Tram). Pole Town (shopping area) was a few minutes away, and convenience stores were nearby. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is very good. It’s also good that the room has your own washing machine and trouser press, so you don’t have to bring many clothes.

The wall actually very dusty(can see the dust as there is spotlight on the wall).Carpet also looks old n dirty(not cleaner problem,i think it just because it has been used for many yrs).the vent above the sink in the room also looks dusty.This require hotel to do a overhaul for the room.But this does not bother me much thus i still will give 10points to the hotel

Each room equipped with washer & dryer ,micorwave ,IH heater n kitchenware. The washer is a savior for me.The staff r very friendly and helpful.The room is very clean and all equipment is well maintained.All looks new.It is near to Odori station.about 5mins walk.Super near to Tanukikoji street(like 1min walk).

Location was close to transport and food. Was easy to travel around. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and they upgraded us for 3 nights. The washing machine was helpful for those who on longer trip in Japan. We enjoy the coffee.

The bathroom does not separate the dry and wet areas. But it's not a big deal. Other than that everything is great.

Very good location, just near the main shopping area in Sapooro. The staff is great. The most important, there is a washing machine in every room, which is very convenient!

The hotel is near the city center and the room was very comfortable. The front staff was helpful by calling for a taxi and letting us borrow kitchen items to use in our room.
