Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaHeating in the room was slow to reach a comfortable temperature, we turned off the heating during the day and when leaving the room for dinner but it took forever to heat again and barely enough to feel warm. - The shower was leaking, it was quite a mess in the bathroom
The location was great, even if it was a pain to reach the ski lifts with ski boots due to the steep road. You are still at max 10min walk from most restaurants. - Breakfast was good, a bit repetitive but you have the choice between cereals, yoghurt, bacon and eggs, bread, etc. - Super friendly staff - Happy hours - The tennis table

Close proximity to town and lifts, great lodge feel, friendly staff, lovely rooms. I would definitely stay again. I loved the family bedroom great mountain view. Thanks all for making our stay lovely. Best espresso martini’s in Myoko.

The staff are awesome, make you feel at home and the entire vibe of the place is really relaxed. Big shout out to Dougie and the whole crew (sorry I didn't get everyone's names but they all remembered mine =)). The bartenders make great drinks, the drinks are priced really well (it's always happy hour), and the breakfast is solid every morning. The other facilities here are great for skiers/boarders. The dry room and waxing stations have everything and plenty of room for many guests. And a soak in their onsen was great every evening after ripping the slopes.

In my 36 years of life I’ve never experienced such awe and inspiration in the form of accomodation. Staying at Morino Lodge was like being hugged by a large giant cat whispering fairy tales in my ear. I endeavour with all my might every day to return.

Nice, friendly vibes in the common areas. Yukiko was very nice & helpful. Although it was an uphill hike to the ski area/ bus stop, the location was convenient. Appreciated the pickup from the train station & sendoff to the Shuttle station.

Singapore1. Booking-com put that this Lodge has family room with 2 bedrooms and a sitting area, but there wasn't. Good thing we got 2 rooms, with connecting door. 2. We stayed 5 nights, and the onsen was only acceptably hot for 1 of the days we used. Need to get the temperature up to par with standard onsens.
Breakfast was good. Staff Yukako is super helpful with our change of plans and alternate arrangements with hotel and car rental. The chefs are super friendly and hotpot dinner one night was FABULOUS!
