We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had a complimentary private bath reservation included and though it was still nice we unfortunately got moved to Bath 1 because bath 2 wasn't cleaned yet after previous guests. It seems bath 2 would have a much nicer view however.
Beautifully designed hotel and very spacious comfortable room with super comfortable futons and great bathroom. The female shared bath outdoors is really beautiful and peaceful. The food was very nice and the staff tried to accommodate us with their best English.

United States of AmericaVery uncomfortable furniture, cushions kept sliding off the chairs. Room temperature was either too hot or too cold. Very dangerous stairs, hard metal strip on each step about 3mm above carpeting, and there are many levels to this hotel, very dangerous. OSHA would never above anything like this in the USA.

SingaporeDinner was not very authentic and quite a disappointment. Out of our 10 days in Japan,This was the worse food. Too much of a fusion & western concept. Food was forgettable. We had tasted Bette beef on all our other stays.For the standard of this hotel, I was expecting more. Also the lounge lobby is souless as no one is around. Suggest some live entertainment/pianist.
