No screens on the windows. Service staff left windows open, and mosquitos got in each day. Room needed a refresh; paint peeling, etc. Was concerned we would not be able to leave our bags on checkout day until time to catch our train, but the desk staff did make special accommodations. Would be better to have a dedicated, secured area for bags.

Location was incredible. Close enough to stop by to rest in the middle of a busy day of sightseeing. Priced reasonably.

Noisy and the lift does not work as it should. On numerous occasions, the floor that is last selected overides previous selections. The hotel does need an upgrade but this appears to be in progress as works were onging during our stay.

Fantastic location in the centre of Florence - 2 minutes walk from the Duomo, 5 minutes from the Uffizi Galleries. A rooftop bar, with a superb view of the Duomo.

The room door lock seemed unsafe and the towels were very thin like bed sheets. Toiletry and grooming products were limited.

Prime location! Clean hotel! Great rooftop bar with a romantic scenic view of the city. Nice drinks made and staff were friendly.

I liked everything, but mind that because of the location it is loud (both the bar on the rooftop and the street). The room is also quite cold (I travelled in spring - I imagine in summer it can be hot, no AC).

The hotel is perfectly located, among all the top attractions of the city.

My lovely view of a window faced the street, so though that was lovely, the noise at night from down below was not, as can be expected.

The location was amazing! And the fact that there were wonderful views, especially from the rooftop restaurant. I enjoyed opening my window and seeing the duomo beyond. So yes, location was great. Room was average - a little faded, with some older furniture, but bathroom looked newly tiled.

It was very cold because of the building. The floor was dirty but it is fine.

The floor of the room was splitting up, the staff were not that friendly and we couldn't leave our bags for an hour at reception after check-out which was very inconvenient. Was noisy on some nights because of the bars around but it wasn't bad.

No kettle in room, 1 for all rooms, no curtains on bathroom windows. Very cold bathroom.

Arrived wintry windy day and was very cold in room. Reception said radiator steam would not come on until 7pm. 7pm heat from radiator was meager. Room was drafty from poorly latched hundreds years old window. Latched it more tightly and had considerably less drafts. Space heater later overcame the draft contribution of chill. Accessibility: steps up from street were a challenge. No hotel staff to help with baggage or scooter. Reception staff seemed aloof like they were doing us a favor by checking us in and out. Not very welcoming.

Extra blankets in wardrobe, room extremely cold in winter. After wife being sick and unable to leave room, discovered reception had space heaters for guests to request. After space heater, room was comfortable enough.

The bed cover would be better in all white and make the furniture more minimalist to save the space

We were arrived early and the reception not coming yet. BUT the Cleanong lady are SUPER NICE !! Though they dont speak english. They understand us and asked us to get hurry inside because she saw my 4 years old boy and dont want him to get cold
