The Vasari suite was absolutely amazing. It was a perfect size for our family of 6! Our 4 teens loved the suite. The beds were large and so comfy. The pull out sofa bed was the most comfortable pull out bed I've ever slept in. The spa bathrooms were spectacular. The huge spa jacuzzi tub was such an incredible treat. The front desk staff Francesco was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Silvia was also so wonderful and treated us so well. Our stay in Florence at the Donati Hotel was perfect and so memorable. I was visiting for a work conference and was able to enjoy the location of being so centrally located to everything. It made the stay so easy and we were able to enjoy everything with in short walks. The actual plaza of the hotel is quiet and peaceful yet within a few steps of anything you need. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. We look forward to returning here in the future.

We were on the first floor so the view was non-existent (2m away from the building next to us), which means there is also VERY little natural light in the room. Other than that, it's a pretty great place.

Amazing location, right in the middle of the city, just a minute walk from the Duomo. The apartments are very cosy and well maintained. Insulation is good, so there was no noise from outside.

A bit of morning noise from the work on the streets

The apartments are very clean, with modern furniture well blended with historical walls and ceilings. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is exceptional - in a quiet spot right around the corner from the center's main streets. Great restaurants and gelatos literary on the corner, 20-40m away from the door. We had dinner at Casella 18 and Osteria dell'Oca and both meals were very good, with our favorite being at Osteria.

Front desk timing and there was no lounge of lobby at entrance

I booked it thinking as a 5 start Hotel but I am afraid that room and facilities in room were 5 star but overall the property was not upto standard of 5 star. The front desk was closing at 9 PM. The Manager at front desk was very cordial and helpful.

During our stay the AC in our suit wasn’t working even though they tried fixing it but didn’t work well.

There is absolutely nothing not to like. The only recommendation I would have is it would be nice to have complementary bottled water available during the entire stay instead of only on arrival.

This is one of the BEST places we have stayed in. The room was large with a wonderfully large bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and everything was just perfect in our suite. All the staff were exceptional! Sylvia and Francesco were so helpful and such a pleasure. They called us cabs, recommended and booked restaurants (which were excellent), were friendly and kind and made our stay so much more enjoyable. There were lovely staff to help with luggage when we arrived as well as when we left. The location is unbelievable- walking distance to every single thing. In addition there are shops, the grocery, restaurants all within a couple minutes walk. We shall never stay anywhere else when we visit Florence again.

The only negative side is that there’s no reception in the room nor the entire tower. But they provide Wi-Fi in the room for Internet.

Great hotel in the middle of the most sought after location in Firenze- the duomo area. The location is incredible. It’s in the middle of all the action and the touristy places. We stayed in the Botticelli suite. It was incredible it was both luxurious modern and ancient at the same time. Not to mention spacious with a partial view of the Duomo. They built a five-star hotel in a very ancient building, or tower. It worked very well in favor of the hotel, and I completely recommend this hotel. Front reception desk are super friendly and very prompt to help especially Francesco he was fantastic. All in all it’s one of our trip highlights

The hotel service is very good, especially Mr. Daniali's service is very good, very friendly, the accommodation is very comfortable, and it has historical characteristics. The hotel is very close to various attractions, and you can see the church by opening the window. The dome is very beautiful.

It was an unforgettable experience! Francisco (thank you so much), at the front deak there, truly went above and beyond. His recommendations for local restaurants were spot on and he even lent a helping hand outside his working hours. His politeness, respect, and helpfulness were the cherry on top of our luxurious stay. Can't wait to return!

Everything! The front desk staff were so helpful and attentive couldn’t thank them enough for all their hard work. Room was stunning. Even though there isnt much of a view the room itself was a view. They gave me a welcome champagne and daily chocolates.
