Hotel is situated across the beach.Beach is divided into sections,you must pay for beds and umbrellas.If you want to have beds etc on Tortuga beach,you will get some reduction at the reception,you can pay for all your stay and staff on the beach finds you the place you want Hotel staff is very kindly and helpful.Pool at the hotel is small but very clean.It has about 10 beds and some chairs and umbrellas.The pool is closed 12:30-15:30 but you can be here these hours without any problems.Street is full of shops,restaurants etc. Hotel is very clean.

Couple things can be better: They are not serving vegetable for the breakfast at all ( for the 3-stars hotel it is really weird ). The room's walls are very dirty. It seems they were never painted since the hotel was build. They are selling vouchers for the beach sunbeds and umbrellas for 22EUR/day while the normal price directly on the beach is 20EUR only. So we recommend not to buy the sunbeds at the hotel reception but directly on the beach reception. We preferred place 65. Here you can get all sports equipment for free and the hotel's discount is also valid here.

The hotel has a good location, private parking, good swimming pool, nice view to the sea, friendly staff.

The furniture and the bathroom is a bit old, and I missed vegetables from breakfast - these ones are not a big deal!

Price -value is perfect, the view to the beach and the balcony is a big plus. The breakfast was super, the staff is helpful and very kind! They offer umbrellas to the Tortuga beach - which is a perfect choice too!

This is a truly Italian experience at Rimini; if that doesn't float your boat you need to look elsewhere!

I had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the lady on the reception. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed. There’s nothing to complain about:)

I did not like that in room there was a big column in front of the window, blocking free access of balcony as well as the sunlight. this was making my stay not comfortable and I did not felt good in the room itself. this was mistake in the architecture or so, but being at the seaside and sunlight being blocked by column in the middle of the room was not nice

the bottom of the bed and the balcony were not cleaned. the electricity problem was not resolved within 3 days. In the grand scheme of things, it didn't matter to me, I got to be.

nothing was super good, but considering competing hotels it was good. You want better, pay more, but the result is still not guaranteed. the low rating of the breakfast is not so negative, you are in Italy🙂. I've met much worse.

Dirty walls, could hear a lot of noice and traffic outside when I was going to sleep. Also a lot of noice early in the morning when people were going out of their rooms. The hall outside of the room is very narrow and small so you easilly hear when people are coming or leaving. Thin walls between rooms could hear a telephone ring in the next room. The beach is not at all free and if you go there you have to rent a bench for all family members except children under 10 years (for 4 people it was 30 euros). You can not even put your towel on the beach. This beach is number 67 but they said that if you go in beach 100 or higher number then you can put your towel for free on the beach.
