IndiaHotel location is down hill on a very very narrow lane, hard for cars to reach. Hotel has absolutely zero parking management. They have space for about 10 cars, but not one person to help move the cars around incase another wants to leave. Electric kettle in the room was unclean, washroom was wet when we arrived. No hand towels in the washroom.. overall a below average experience.

IndiaThey should know the timing of check in and rooms should be ready before hand and they should be clean. Even one of the 2 fans didn’t work in the room. The whole hotel was very smelly
The location is far from the ghats and ram jhula. It’s very inwards and hard to find. The staff was not at all hygienic. Check in time was 12 and our room was not ready till 1:30. We had to wait 1 hour even we paid the full hotel rent. Very poor service. Very poor hospitality.
