You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Wi-fi was terrible& so was the network coverage from telecom operators. In-house activity center can be beefed up, there are several possibilities but Samssara does not even make an attempt to channelize these.
Given the location the Hotel does a decent enough job. The staff was helpful and polite.

The beach behind the property is not swimmable and this is not specified in the description of the property. No kids play area or any activity to keep young kids engaged ( it was important in our case as one of the days of our stay it was raining and we couldn't go out) Having said that, this is one of the preferred hotel on the island as the island doesn't have too many good options to stay.
Nice rooms with facilities like restaurant, cafe and swimming pool.

The only problem was the wifi, is very slow and weak.
Really nice hotel, staff are very helpful. They arranged a scooter rental for us, helped a lot. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great breakfast. Located near the sunset beach, and have their own private beach.

The wifi connectivity is a bit poor but I guess that is due to the remote location.
Excellent property. The facilities are great and clean. The restaurant was very good and the food prepared was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They managed to arrange for every request and also helped in sightseeing info.

Had book garden view villas but got rooms which had no view and were facing another structure. Very disappointed with location. What was shown on web site was different.

The pool is too small and crowded. The response team of booking.com isn't helpful. They're slow to respond.
Perfect location and wonderful staff. The rooms were clean. The food was good. This hotel is only 3kms from the jetty. You can either walk on the beach and cover the entire island or you can take a scooty and cover the island via road. They have a private beach. You cannot swim there but the view is amazing.

There is only one restaurant. For elders who have difficulty walking, it could be useful to have a lift to reach the restaurant on the 1st floor and spa on the 2nd floor.
The hotel is quiet and a good option to relax as there are not too many rooms. The rooms are well-lit, modern with all facilities. The bar attender made drinks for us based on our preferences. They served drinks at the swimming pool. The staff was also helpful in arranging cabs for us.

While this is sea side, you only have access to the beach but can't go in the water - it is rocky throughout. The only place you can wade is at Bahartpur beach in the entirety of Neil. what I didn't like was the staff didn't inform us. They said, if you go a bit further up the beach you can actually get into the water which was complete bogus. We walked with a kid for almost 30 minutes. That really riled me up!
Great property - isn't very large but you can walk around and is close to the other restaurants and hotels. The food itself was good and we had dinner there a couple of times. The buffet had most of the things you're bound to find: eggs, pancake, waffle, indian breakfast items like poha, idli, etc. They also had continental stuff like susages, etc.

The network was pathetic. Airtel had a very bad reception and was totally relying on the wifi but that was very very bad. Every minute the network disconnected and whenever there was power cut the network used to be down for quite some time.
The location and the staff were very good. The facility was very clean and well kept with Spa as well.

It's one of the nicer places on the island of Neil - we spent just one night on the property, the food and the ambiance was pretty relaxing and up to the mark. it's a really nice stop over after 3 crazy nights in Havelock.

Wi fi connection is not always stable. Mobile network also not available in the island.
Nice property where you can just relax and enjoy the beautiful nature around you. Clean and well maintained room with spacious balcony. Very good breakfast and dinner.
