We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

India1. Little bit far from the downtown . We rented bike so we didn’t face any problem. 2. It would’ve been very good, if there was an option to book your food at room so that you don’t have to downwards. It’s not a great problem if you’re young. 3. We lived in 2nd floor uk( 3 rd eu floor), the wifi didn’t reach upto us

SloveniaThe location is not exactly perfect, because it is almost half an hour from the central part of the city (the port, cellular jail), and not very close to the most attractive beaches. It is along the road that is currently under reconstruction, besides there is a lot of new construction sites all around and the water surfaces of background water are not very attractive. A few sighting of cockroaches in the hotel as well. Luckily none in our room.
The staff was very kind and tying to do their best for us to spend good time during our stay. They also organized taxi service for us to to pick up us at the port and to be able to go to the destined locations. First they gave us two separate rooms that were of very low standard and not acceptable for us. Then they offered us one comfortable room with a big terrace and a lot of daylight, a bit better than you can expect from a two star hotel. The room was air-conditioned with two additional fans. There was enough room for three adults and a small child. The price for two nights was a bit over 7000 INR and they let us stay until noon on the day of checkout.
