Similar to my experience and perception last time ...the buffet spread is not very enticing. The layout of the buffet spread makes you feel confused Additionally the staff at the breakfast duty either laid-back in their responses to the guests or just confused as to what needs to be done I feel that the breakfast venue could be shifted to their other restaurants on the upper floors

Besides the location which is the best part...the staff are cordial and welcoming towards the guests. Having mentioned the personal event we even got upgraded to the sea view suite similar to our previous experience which was very kind on the part of the staff. the housekeeping staff too were punctual and responsive to our request

Wifi down thru our entire stay... breakfast was average.. could amp the brrakfast a bit... Also, most hotels allow one to log into the residents OTT via smart tv... u should allow that facility

The Hotel was in a perfect location and the staff went out of there way to help us enjoy our stay.The twin room with sea view was spacious, clean and perfect for what we required.The roof top pool and bar were great with perfect views over Marine drive.The food in all restaurants was very good(a mixture of local cuisine and western food).I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a particular event that we found very weird. In the middle of our stay we got waken up (not very nice since we were resting with a bit of Jet lag) with a call from front desk asking us to please come down to do a pre-autohorization deposit to cover our whole stay plus additonal possible costs we might incurre during it.... when actually we have already paid for the first night and left our credit card. It felt like if they didn't believe us that we will be able to pay at the end of our stay. If it wasnt for this incident, I would have rate them with a 10

The Porsche area where the guests disembark to enter into the Hotel is bit crowded and sometimes facing so many people in not very comfortable.

Attentive young staff are making a difference in all the departments, reception, restaurant and housekeeping. The HODs are doing very well in grooming the young staff. Ms Kanchan and Ms Claribal deserves the special mention. Keep it up !!!

Poolside shower needed some attention.

The rooms were super comfortable and peaceful, the rooftop pool was a great place to escape. Fantastic location on Marine Drive, the staff were all amazing… special thanks to Sarita for generally being helpful and arranging a massage while the masseuse was away, Vikas for sorting iur last minute wine order and Avizo for being so helpful and keeping the crows off our breakfast. :)

This is one of my favourite hotels. The setting, on Marine Drive, is wonderful. It is small so the staff get to know you quickly. The dining in the open (first floor terrace and rooftop bar/restaurant) is great in the warm air of Bombay.

Difficult to get a drink whilst at roof top pool and there was a confusion over a taxi to take us to the airport which was easily resolved but not what you want at 6am
