Nothing much to complain, very satisfied with the hotel. But maybe the room service people must have loaded the coffee and tea stuff by themselves without requesting for that.

The location was excellent and the temple was in a walking distance. The hotel ambience was good and the staff were very helpful. The hotel has arranged a priest on request which was really helpful. The breakfast was really good, lunch and dinner options were good. I reached the hotel midnight 02:30 and the reception guy has made arrangements for easy check-in.

Limited menu for the complimentary breakfast. Also they remove all the breakfast items from the trays after 9:00 AM and they make breakfast as per order till 10:30 even though breakfast timing is mentioned as 7:30 to 10:30 AM. Also its the same menu every day: Idli & Chutneys, Puri & Sabji and one more item as main course. For fruit, it was single fruit of guava for the 3 days I spent in the hotel (14th to 17th Dec 2023) and sprouts. On order they will make masala dosa and omlette. Also the dining room during breakfast time looks very creepy with no music and less choices. These can be improved upon. Secondly, power goes very frequently in the hotel with the power backup needing 1-2 minutes to start. This is very disruptive especially if we are watching TV when we need to again fetch the correct channel after TV restart. Also the main disadvantage is the CROSS TALK between two adjascent rooms. I was initally allotted Room No 201. But due to construction work in first floor, I requested for a room in third floor and I was allotted 314. The entire conversation of person talking in a normal voice in room no 315 could be heard in my room suspectedly through the Central AC Vents which runs continously across all rooms. This destroys the privacy very much. Finally the menu in the hotel is quite expensive to order for lunch and dinner compared to Deoghar rates.

The Hotel Service is EXCELLENT. The staff is very friendly and coordial. Also its located within walking distance to the Baba dham temple.

The bathrooms are little too small. After bath the entire bathroom gets wet and slippery. It is difficult to use it for quite long time.

Staff are not trained, for every facility we need to ask staff several time. Rooms are dirty ,bathroom has water logs issue. I could not stay in triplex room due to stnking smell. I was provided super deluxe room, but they were adamant to charge triplex room charge. AC was not working, had to wait for half a. Hour to get it fixed. Room service took more than an hour my toddler was hungry n had to wait an hour for his food. Bill is not provided to me and was told booking.com will send bill.

Location : Common people were peeing near the Hotel. Staff : They need to be fast.

Food was good but serving was late, the staff were slow but pleasant. They will rectify mistakes if committed. The location of the Hotel could have been better. Rooms are good. Regular cleanliness with Towels and bathroom toiletries.

Hot water not available on two days out of three days of may stay. Staff could not arrange taxi during check out. Most of the staff are untrained.

There were lot of problems to begin with from water to cleanliness to toiletries . The repeated requests went unheard. The rooms and washrooms are claustrophobic. Badly planned property in terms of maintenance and room space.
